My 800 provider showed me how to block the calls. I logged in online and set it up.

I spend an entire afternoon searching for an actual contact number for this company because it costs ME MONEY every time they send me their JUNK faxes! I finally found them at 800-486-8237.  So I called and they gave me the usual "Oh we're sorry" blah blah blah. They said they would stop calling. But it started right up again - and my numbers are on the do not call list. So the next time I raised hell - boy did I ever!  No more calls. Anger and persistence is all it takes with these dopes. Good luck

Ditto here. Been getting 940-xxx-xxxx calls passed through my Global Crossing 800-number for the past several months. This means I have to pay for their %$&#$#%$^@ calls. When I reported this to Global their only suggestion was to require a PIN number with the 800#  A lot of good that would do since the people who call me on the 800# are elderly and it is all they can do to remember the 800 number. Reporting this abuse to the FCC or FTC these days is about as effective as was reporting Bernie Madoff to the SEC. Whatever happened to Government of the people, by the people, and for the people? Did it pass away as Lincoln feared it would?????

Our company is being targeted and has documented and sent letters complaining to Denton, TX DA, attorney general of Texas and the autorities in Colorado.  We directly reported the incidents with evidence to the FBI and are in the process of submiting complaints with Verizon, AT&T and Global Crossing.  This is a multi state, cross jurisdictional fraud crime and needs to be reported.  If you have evidence PLEASE provide it to your carrier, the FBI www.ic3.gov and the local authorities.
