Multiple phone calls

I have been getting these calls for several months and they seem to be escalating.  Four so far today.

Mine also started in Feb. 2009. Ditto everyone else's complaints.I have stopped answering the phone whne I see the 940 or 817 area codes.

I work for a car dealership and I monitor our incoming sales calls. Today I received 5 seperate calls from denton tx. So I typed Bolin Real Esta into google and found this page. They used 2 seperate numbers, this one and also (940) 898 9750

Calls twice a week. Leaves a fax line tone on my voicemail. Very annoying.

Starting February 5, I began getting these same, annoying calls on my three 800 numbers, all from a series of numbers with the same Caller ID - "Alternative Res." Each time I've answered, there has been a fax tone. Apparently this jerk is trying to send faxes (for free) to any 800 number in the land he hopes might be connected to a fax phone.

This person is obviously using a fax-broadcasting service,
and I believe such services allow you to enter ANY "sent-from"
number, presuming it to be a REAL number. He could be picking
numbers out of thin air to try to avoid getting caught. The fact
that EACH call I've gotten has come from a different purported
number tells me this is the case. The perpetrator might well
be in an entirely different location than 940 (Texas).

. I called Sprint and they say that the Public Utility Commission in Texas only has 2 complaints. I get a call a day from these folks on all of my 800 numbers and now they are using other phones to promulgate this crap.
What do you propose we do about it? I would like to send him all of my junk mail

The call from 940-591-0950 came on 11/10/08 at 10:50EST. Upon answering there was an audible beep and a recorded female voice said "That was not a valid entry" and the call disconnected 3 to 5 seconds later.
