We have been harassed by calls to our 800 number from area codes 817 and now from 940 with caller ID Bolin Real Estate 940-387-6813 and today 940-898-8760! ugh:/

I forgot, I laso receive a recorded message "noty a valid response" from this pesky Bolin Real Estate caller. Does anyone know why they're calling???

Focusing the problem being addressed:
many complaints about auto-dialers radiating from 940 exchange, near Denton Texas, NW of Forth Worth.

The pattern seems to be several calls per week at any hour, incoming to businesses with a toll free number. When answered, those calls hang up or squeal a fax tone. Attempts to recall such CID 940# will not work.
If this is what is happening to you, pay attention.

We are focusing just on the 940 calls at this point. But, you may also be recieving similar calls from 817 and 956 area codes (Dallas/FW and Brownsville/Harlingen).

Affordaphone, SMTMCO and many of Bolin's enterprises trace to 1703 16th street Bridgeport Texas. He even used this physical address for Pre-Buy Electric, LLP which failed May 2008 and customers had to be assisted by State.

I think this guy is probably the same guy I have been trying to track down. Craig Bolin. Here is a copy of everything I have found so far. he is using an auto dialer from # 940-591-6724 to 800 numbers and hanging up costing $. I have found multiple addresses and corporations he has dummied. I found a email that I guess is closed now. You can call him at the above nubmer and keep redialing until you get his autodialer to answer then keep it on the line indefinetely. Cost him $ and when he changes his number do it again.

Something must be done to stop The Maxey Family and Craig Bolin and associates.  You can find information on the internet where they have applied for various licenses from companies like BellSouth.  Track them down and hound them to stop their auto-dialling scams. The hunt goes on for these lame people located in Alvord, Texas who are causing so many people grief.  We had yet another call this morning with the caller ID SMTMCO NET.  If you look-up www.smtmco.net you will find a noticed posted on the website that has been put there apparently by a tech company that was going to be building their website. They claim no affiliation with the owner, CRAIG BOLIN. They have a phone number on the site to contact BOLIN which is 940-891-6054.  This number is dis-connected.

Something has to be done to stop this Craig Bolin and his associates. We are on the do-not-call list and have been for some time. I am going to file with them and the FCC.

The phone number we were called from was 940-381-6283. When we picked up the phone a female recorded voice said "that was not a valid response".

I called the number back and it picks up and I hear dialing tones. I guess it is an autodialer of some sort.  So I listened for a minute and heard it dial again, waited and then it dialed again.  So I have left my phone off the hook now for an hour and saved a couple hundred people from getting a call from this clown.  If everybody called his autodialer back and tied up his machins on a continuous basis that would be great. Maybe someone out there has a way to do this and can put it into action.  Vonage unlimited long distance and just keep his line tied up around the clock.

I get a ton of these calls, been tracking the exchanges and blocking them--if you can block, block these 940-383/940-591/940-382/940-297/940-565/940-891/940-483/940-387. I have had over 50 calls in past month at various times. Very frustrating, now I dont answer if it says Bolin real Estate and I immediately block the exchange. I use Kall 8 for my business number and they allow you to block numbers.

Craig Bolin is yet another of Mark and Mike Maxey's associates in Alvord texas.  There other major players in this huge autodialer scam are Laura Bosley, Rhonda Greer, and Larry Matteson.
