Exact same story as the notes above...word for word. Kept texting us saying we stole money from him. Will do what I can to stop this wacko from harassing people while they are trying to work at a real job.

Craigslist response, also as Greg David (they are horrible at fake names aren't they?). More of "tutor lessons for my 12-year-old daughter". Clearly has scam written all over it, confirmed by B.G.

Got my number off craigs list. He sais: Hello , how are you doing today? My name is Joseph Wendy, I want to know the total cost of you item on craigs list, text me the total. He would not say want item he was inquiring about so after asking 2 time I stop returning is text.

Scammer got my number from Craigs list.  He said:  Hello, How are you doing today..Hope it went good?My name is Greg David, I want tutor lesson for my Daughter for a month she is 12 yearsold, I want you to calculate the cost of 1 hours per day for 3 days in a week for the whole Month and Text me the total cost..Thanks"
These guys then ask for you bank account number if you decide to text back and forth.  they give you some big sob story about how they have an agent who will magically appear at your house and bring you a cashier's check that you will need to take to your bank.  Beware!!
