Oliphant Financial in Lakewood Ranch FL but caller ID says Sri Lanka.  Left one voicemail asking for someone that is not me and state they were checking a reference on another unkown person.  Funny if they are a debt collector why they are checking a reference.  Called 4 times, one sec apart and I have blocked them now.  I considered calling to advise they had the wrong number but after reading numerous posts on the internet regarding this company, it wouldnt matter and they wont stop.  So call blocking is the best route.

I sure wish they could find Deborha Dillon so she could pay her bill, They have called my home for 7 years looking for her o she can pay her bills They are a pain in the butt and they say that if i find the number  that the phone call is supposed to go to they will stop calling my home. I am sure that the company that she made the loan for could go to the place of her lst work or ind out if she has n active ss# and track her down and stop pestering me.One phone number they called from is 9413608990 and they tell you to call 1 8002621980 to talk to the collection agent who cannot help you at all so everytime they call me they will get a peice of my mind for the trouble

Called 10:50PM on Friday night! They called my fax line. Never heard of these worms and I don't owe any outstanding debts. They need to be stopped! Caller ID showed Oliphant

This company, Oliphant Finanical, has been calling my cell phone over the last few weeks and leaving an automated message on my voice mail.  I've had this phone number for upwards of 5 years and they're trying to reach some woman who I don't know.

Please file a complaint with the FCC so this company can be investigated for harassment and violating the Do Not Call List.

This company calls my home at least twice a week.  Alway a recorded message asking for someone and then tells us if we are not the person to hang up and not listen further.  Ya Right!  When you continue to listen, they say the debtors names again and then tell you to listen where other's cannot hear, then they proceed to tell you they are trying to collect on a debt for Oliphant.  Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen to me.  Wish I was this person so I could turn around and file suit.  So much for privacy and disclosing issues.  I would avoid this company to no end.  They obviously don't care about the fair debt collection act, so why would they care if they were collecting from the right person.  I have asked that they remove my number from their system, but they never do and continue to call and leave the same stupid message.  Oh, that's right, I'm not to listen.  Bunch of dumb a***s!!!!!

Sick to death of these calls. I unfortunately have the same name as another person in my area who can't pay their bills.  I keep getting messages on my cell from this company and when I call them back they tell me that they don't have my cell # on file.  I was told the last time that they would remove my cell # from their system but guess what.... Someone didn't do their job and I received another call.  I think they are SCAMMERS.......Why???  If my # does not show in their system as a # that is being called.....then how the HECK can they block it???    They started asking me for my personnel information which I refuse to give them.   I will check into legal action if need be, if this does not stop.

They call all the time never leaving a message.  I now call them back wait for some one to answer and blow a whistle in their ear! after about the 7th time never heard from them again!

I get calls at all hours of the day & night.  I will not answer the phone if my caller id doesn't list a name.  However, I did 1 time and there was a man I could not inderstand so I hung up.

I receive phone calls from this number and hours day and night and weekends. Most of the time they call I'm either 1. asleep because it is my bed time like 9 pm on a sunday night when I have to be up at 4:30 am monday morning. or 2. while I'm at work at 7:30 am. They once left a message for my friend calling her by her maiden name in the message I called them back and told them not to call that my number was not a contact for her. The calls stopped for a few weeks and then she told me her folks were getting the calls. She has been married for a good 10 years and there should be noting in her maiden name. Anyway about a week after her saying they were calling her parents they started calling my number again. I gave her the number because she said she wanted to call them... when she called them the woman said no, they in fact were calling for me. Then when my friend started telling them they were bogus the lady on the other line wanted to know if she called a 1800 number to get to her or the direct line and that they share the number with other companies. They keep calling at the oddest hours but leave no message for me to call back. When they did leave the message the one time asking for my friend and I called back the guy was nice but wanted a lot of info. anyway I think it's bogus myself...

8:20 PM Jan. 9 (Sunday) If this is a debt collector as I have read in previous comments..... This is harrassment! Even If you have/had a legitimate claim on anyone in my household.....YOU own it now! As stated numerous times in previous comments. No message!
