This # called me and  kept saying hello after 4 hellos they hung up.

Received a call from the above # and do not want to continue getting calls from them.  I read the posts relating to this number and am glad to know what I learned there.  When I answered, no one said anything.

Folks, telemarketing scams are the new email spams. They aren't going to stop and they come in many many forms.

The caller ID is always a dead giveaway that the caller on the other end is a scammer. It is always an unsuspecting caller calling from an unknown number. Caller Id is generally wireless caller or Unknown caller or unknown name-or some other random unsuspecting caller id.
The number is ALWAYS out of area code. Always! And more than likely it is a recording (telemarketing is illegal if you are in the DNC list) or someone with a foreign accent. Always.

Know the signs!!! Once you get a scam call you will get many many many many more. Just ignore the calls and report them to the appropriate authorities. Please report. Also and more importantly please warn others.

Criminals look for gullible people to steal personal information. There is no service, no reward, nothing. Nothing but theft. Never ever give out personal information over the phone. Please repeat. Especially to callers that call you!

Criminals do not care about the law and yes they are trained to steal. That is their only purpose. Be smart folks, know the signs, do not provide personal information over the phone, warn others and report the calls!!!

I got a call from this 941-538-6316 number and guy told me he wanted to complete a 70% off prescription drug plan with Target Pharmacy. I confirmed my DOB but no other information.  Then, when I began questioning his call, he hung up immediately.  This is clearly a scam and phishing.

I started receiving calls from that number as well. My Metro service already had it blocked. Way to go Metro!

I received calls from this number at least twice a day.  One day I had time to kill and wanted to see how far the farce would go.  The man says I won a trip.  Puts me on hold, comes back on the line and says you are a very special customer hold on while I transfer you to see what you have won.  The next person says Wow you are a very special customer you won $5,000.  Next woman says, "what is the name of your bank to send this wire transfer to.  "RED LIGHT"  I politely said, I don't have a bank you can you send it to my mailing address.  I was told they needed to send it as a wire.  So, I said how about you send the wire to western union and I let them know it is coming.  Silence.  More Silence.  I said Hellllllooooo   I heard a click; and they were gone.  But they keep calling.

I'm constantly receiving calls from harassing callers one number is 941- 538- 6316. They say nothing when answered.

I've received repeated calls from this number over the past week. I've answered twice out of frustration and just trolled the guy each time. It's a blatant scam which I fear that an older person might fall for. Each pitch is slightly different, but related to getting discount medication from my local pharmacy. He says that someone requested this, but it's not true.

I got many calls from this number. On a whim I decided to search it on Facebook. I got a person name Shashi Mohan. I never answer calls from unknown callers so I don't know what they may have said they never leave a message. They are calling my cell phone. On a side note I was looking for health insurance and used my cell number. I got tons of calls from insurance companies, but once I changed my voice mail to say I was no longer looking they stopped calling except this one.    

Didn't answer then called back. Hit 2 and got number not in service. Called again and hit one talk to someone and asked to be put on do not call list got told no problem then they hung up

File a complaint with the FCC.  I did.

I got a call from 941-538-6316.  The man who called said someone in my household had requested assistance with medical expenses and he was calling to offer a discount card for 70% off prescription at Walgreens and other major pharmacies.  I asked, "someone in my household asked you to call me on my personal cell phone number?  Then he said, "I don't know how your number got into my system, but you can still quality for up to 70% off on your prescription medications.  I hung up.  

i get this call every day about 3-5 times. it's from bradenton florida and the # is 941-538-6316

I got a call from this number; I don't need these types of calls on my phone I use my phone both for personal and work related. I always let my answer machine get the phone calls so  I know an important phone Call because people usually leave a message if it is professional. So it would help if these people stopped calling and bothering innocent people that actually work for a living for all the get in life!!

The same thing happened to me today instead he said someone in my house hold signed up for 70% off prescription at Walgreens then when I asked his name he hung up. FYI he was calling my cell phone.

Got multiple calls at 9:01 am, 9:52 am, 11:15 am, and 3:53 pm today. They say that someone in my household has requested information on prescriptions 70% off and it is obviously a recording.  They reassure me it isn't a telemarketer call.

Keeps calling and never says a word.

This number called me three times yesterday. Missed two calls and on the third call they hung up when I answered. They called back today and it was some guy on the other line. Gave me his "name" and his "company name" which is probably fake. He said I qualify for a medical discont card that can save me up to 70% on medication and to give him my name and the pharmacy I go to. When I asked him who he is talking to since he should know since I am the one who "qualifies". He avoided the question a couple times and then said he isnt sure cause he is still training LOL. and my number shows up on his data. After I told him Im not going to give him info he hung up.

I too have been getting these calls, says it was disconnected when I called back .  I do not answer it is obviously a scam number of some sort.  Wish there was a way to stop them ,   Annoying. !!!    Been happening since the end of March, 2013.  5 to 6 calls a day.   I have only answered once and no reply so I hung up.  I just don't answer anymore when I see the number on the caller ID.   I see others are getting the same calls.   That's all.  Have a good Day !!

Calling me several days (on my cell) bu when I answer no one on the other side.  If another call comes from this number - I won't answer ! !

I got a call, and it sounded like a recorded spambot that will send you instant messages.  I asked a few direct questions, including 'Are you a live person', but when I replied it didn't sound like one, they hung up.

this number has called my cell repeatedly for the past 2 weeks!!! Early morning, at work, and late at night. Ridiculous!! Never answered it and by the looks of it, I'm glad I didn't!! The number is blocked now :)
