I received a call from this number and when I answered it there was no one on the line. So I used my caller iD to call it back and it was free water testing. I also am on the do not call list so how do they get my number?

This is a robo-call offering free water testing. I pressed 1 and left a message letting them know that I did not wish to receive a water test and that if they violated the do not call list again they would see consequences. We'll see if they comply.
