same orlando florida scam call I've been getting about a free vacation that I've been getting for years!!!  these people leave fake numbers on caller ids to dodge prosecution.  Do an internet search on Ran David Barnea of Boca Raton Florida to learn how these people operate.  Reportdly Mr Barnea lives at 21955 Cypress Drive apartment 48F in Boca Raton, and has several other properties in the Boca Raton area as well.  the website heatherwithaccountservices offers information about these scammers.

Rang at 9.12 am on a Wednesday. Picked it up. No one there.

At 10:30 A.M. 14 May recieved call, when answered the line was dead

My Caller ID shows 1-941-766-9785 & "out of area" and my anwering machine recorded a snip of the prerecorded "pitch" that says "includes Disney and SeaWorld" in a perky young female voice.  My ph #'s on the Do Not Call list.

Telemonsters, Stop Calling Me!

I just got the same. These are roaming robo calls looking for a valid phone number. When you pick up or your voice recording picks up, it's made a connection and records your number. From that point on, the robo call will repeat the calls and you will most likely get a real person... or telemarketer, who will continue to hound you.

As I have caller ID, if I don't recognize the number I unplug my phone until the robo caller hangs up. Generally, as Barney Fife would say, "that nips it in the bud."

Is all they left.  Called the number back - it is not in service.  Shocker that.

...i have att u-verse tv and phone svc....i have a record of one unanswered call in my history...so i looked it up...and there you have it...must be a telemarketer...

Has called my home number twice in the past week. I didn't answer, so it goes to my machine & as soon as the recording starts, the phone disconnects.
