When I start to question the caller, they refuse to respond and hang up on me. Then I block the number on my phone..Not that it makes ANY difference.

Received a call - no message.  Blocked the number from future call.  As a follow up I read the comments here and glad I blocked the number!  Thank you all for your comments - this site is invaluable!

Received a call from this # today. Caller ID: Palmetto, FL.  No message left.  Am on the DN list.  Very Annoying.

This clown called, and when I told him I was on the "Do Not Call" list, he had the audacity to ask, "What's that?"  I'm reporting to the Do Not Call database as well, but there should be a way to block these calls and put these jerks out of business.

just received a call from this  number, automated wanting to offer reduced credit card rates.  called the number back, recording says number is not in service.  amazing, they just called me from it and now it is not in service.

The call came in at 3:17 p.m. from a woman named "Kelly" about credit cards.  the option was given to press "(" to speak to an operator or to press "3" to be removed from the list.  I pressed "3."  I also reported the call as a Do Not Call Lit violation.

I told them that I don't have any credit cards 3years ago.  She said that they are a loan company.  I also said that you need to see bill wiese 23 minutes in hell.  Jesus loves you.  She said I know I love him to, but.  I hung up.

Credit card services again.
We are in the do not call list.
They do not care.

They call to lower the credit card rates.

I asked how did they get m phone number. Lady says that computer generated your phone number. When I said that computer doesn't generate random phone numbers she just hung up on me. But I received the call again after a few days. What a pain!

got robocall from 941-803-4666 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Monday 4-21-14 @ 152 PM

Message was from "Account Services wanting to lower my Interest on my credit card..........press 9 to talk to a......"
So I pressed 9 and a female answered and she asked "Are you responding to lowering your Interest."
Right away I called her several nasty expletives and gave her numerous blasts with the "SCAMMER HORN".
She hung up right away.

Caller ID showed this number when I got home yesterday.  No message left.  These calls are aggravating, especially when some of them call in the evening.  

Reduce current credit card rate.  Press 9 to speak to live person, press 3 to no longer receive calls.
Can't press any numbers if I don't answer it!

Thanks, they just tried calling again today. I never answer a call if I don't recognize the number. Even so, I'm glad I got rid of all my credit cards. If someone want to reach me that badly they can leave a message...

It's the Christopher Rubini crime family back at it again, they were shut down and sued a while back, I guess the money is just to good and easy. MAYBE we should hire Level 3 Communications to have these dirtbags call numbers from a list we furnish them with- a list with the phone numbers for all the state and federal representatives and senators, and numbers for the justice department and even the white house. Maybe the senior execs at AT&T, too. Think that will get their attention and get them off their dead azzes and do something about this???

Instead of wasting time with all the false investigations Issa is making how about he investigating these "credit card scammers" that way he would be earning that salary we taxpayers give him.

Yet another call from these jerks

Ever wonder what happened to all those ACORN workers that got laid off after the organization got busted? They went to work at Card Services. Obammy made sure that his best campaign workers didn't wind up on the unemployment rolls. Why do you think that the government does absolutely NOTHING about these dirtbags? I have letters from the FCC, the FTC and AT&T that all say they can do NOTHING about this problem. AT&T makes money off this situation by selling services to these azz clowns while selling us services that don't work like "privacy manager" and call blocking equipment. These dirtbags should be disconnected and fined after the first few complaints come in. They know where they are at. About the only way to get AT&T's attention is to get a bunch of people together and tell them if they won't stop the crime, then it's time to shut off the phone service and save yourself some money and aggravation. It's like being at a resturant that lets it's customers be harrassed and mugged right at their table, and doing nothing about it. They don't care as long as the money keeps rolling in, but as soon as business drops off, then maybe they will get up and do the responsible thing, prosecute these scum that commit crimes on their system. Since there is no catagory below for "criminals" I will lump them in with their bretheren the telemarketers.

You won't get that far. Those low life scum will just hang up on you. All my complaints to the FCC and FTC have gone unanswered. You can't sue those b*****ds because you don't know who they are. Telemarketers are the lowest of the low and the do not call registry is a waste of your time. I get three to five telemarketers calls everyday and there doesn't seem to be anyway to stop them. The Government could put a stop to this crap if they would but they won't.

I received a call from this number at 7:50 am.  As I was driving into work I didn't pick the call up.  I thought it was illegal for a business to call an individual before 8:00 am and after 9:00 pm.

RoboCall by the RNC about some upcoming event.

This # attempted to call my cell phone twice within one minute, blocked both times because the # is not in my contact list. Given other reports of their conduct here I am not sorry I missed the call.

I keep a whistle to to my telephone. I blow it into the phone when someone answers. They hang up immediately

The caller said "Hello, this is David,"  and to lower my credit card interests rates, press the "nine key."  he repeated "press the nine key" tice.  later I was given the option of pressing "three" to be discontinued from receiving these messages.  I have received calls from "David," before.  I pressed "three," and then reported "David" to the FTC as a Do Not Call List violation.  I do not know why the Feds cannot pick up "David" and put him and his entire operation in jail where he and others like him belong!

Received call from this number.  Recorded message from "Dave" offering to lower credit card rates.  Scam.  Submitting complaint to National Do Not Call Registry, though not expecting anything to be done about it.
