Bill your absolutely correct it is a scam!!  This guy has text me I don't know how many times !! All the same things you have said did in fact happen!! After reading your comment I text him back and told him he was a piece of s***!! Scam artist!! I told him to call me it was real fuzzy and I couldn't understand him said he was from florida. Then he text me said he called me.  LOL This guy is an idiot!!

Beware of this number.  SCAM using craigslist or classifieds especially for big ticket items.  Will text you that they are interested in buying your item and ask you set up a paypal account.  They will want to close the sale today but when you advise them that you would rather they veiwed the item - they will tell you they are part of a catering staff on an ocean liner.  They will tell you that the money has been sent to you but they they sent more money to pay for the shipping.  They will then ask you to send back the overpayment by Western Union or some other method and then the balance of the pendong payment will be released to you.  It sounds ridiculous that anyone would fall for this but I almost did.  The guy even call me on the phone and said his name was Philimon.  He sound Nigerian or close to it.
