Or use a VOIP service. Some don't have selective call block (I know Vonage didn't a few years ago). Phone.com has it. I set it up so only known callers ring through to my real phone (or get forwarded to my cell phone). You can also call in to the phone.com account from your cell phone, do a call-out from the phone.com account and the call-out will show the caller ID of your phone.com account - not your cell phone.

If your phone has a "number block" feature, use it to block the calls. If not, you may want to invest in a call blocker - Google "call blockers". You can get a good one for $60 or less.

I get a call from them everyday and always ask them not to call back. I finally got fed up asked the lady to not call back and hung up. She then called back and told me she was going to put me on a list where I would receive several calls each day.
Nice lady... she needs to get a real job.
