Oh the DNC list is for all agency's to access on the complaints part,and signing up for it only keeps the honest business's honest if you want something done, then you file direct with the FTC & FCC.. and maybe visit a nice TCPA lawyer -LOL!

What your saying here is "we don't obey the laws", which is not being honest business.  You may not like it, but you can be forced to comply and it isn't cheap. The people you call can send a written cease and desist as well via certified mail. Then they can sue you for TCPA violations as well.  

So smile and keep on laughing.. the fines are not pretty for the business, but neither is a TCPA  lawsuit!

Legitimate sensual massage, but calls to scam on one thing and change conversation to massage.

I get a call from this number at least twice a day.  Caller ID says Turn Key solutions.  But caller has been OC Register asking for a review on their services or to extend my newspaper subscription.  It's annoying because I've talked to them before and yet they keep calling me back asking the same exact questions.  How many times do I need to answer the same question??

I received a call from this number and a woman was offering a LA time Sunday newspaper promotion and wanted to verify my address stuff.  Then I asked her the payment methods.  She quickly said that her supervisor would handle that.  Then another woman, "supervisor" said that if I pay by credit card today, she would give me $20 gitt certificate today.  She said that they were contractors of LA Times.  Anyhow, it seems weird.  I rejected the offer.

So, I just got a call from these idiots too. Nothing for 5 seconds, and then a click. I called the number back. It says "Thank you for calling Regional Media Group. All of our operators are busy, Please leave a message after the beep."
I get 3-6 calls a day that show up on my caller ID from this number. I"m gonna keep calling until I get a hold of a person. Probably never happen tho.

Got a call from this number. Seems to be Orange County Register. Did not answer. I have been the victim of recent credit card application fraud, but thanks to Life Lock all is well.

Pretty much the same thing as most of the rest of the posts except the FIRST time today from that number they claimed to be the LA Times ad the SECOND time (same number) they claimed to be the Orange County Register. (8-16-2012).

Got a call this morning.  Woke me up. I didn't answer, no message left.  I've seen them call now and again.  My number IS on the National DNC list.  But as noted, the FCC doesn't do anything about it.  I've filed a major complaint before about that group that was calling to sell extended auto warranties (the ones that actually got busted for it because they were hitting SO many people).  But when I filed the complaint.  The FCC sent me a letter saying that no violation had occurred.  They were calling my cell number which WAS on the DNC list (doesn't need to be to be a violation, btw) and I had no business relationship with them.  So, I wrote back the FCC telling them exactly which of the FCC rules were being violated (the one about calling cellular phones), citing the section code and the key phrasing.  They didn't bother responding.

I have received now 6 calls from this number.  When I answer, the lady on the other end asks for someone (not me) and identifies herself as from the Orange County Register.  I have told her that she has the wrong person (wrong number) but the calls keep coming.  I called the number back, and heard what sounded like the same female voice on an answering machine - left a message requesting them to stop calling my number and we'll see if that works.

What a joke is right.  The FCC does nothing about the do not call list.  I keep getting calls from this number also.

This company called Turnkey Solutions is associated with the Orange County Register.  You can call the Register and tell them to put your number on a "no call" list.  Whatever happened to the opt out for your phone number?   What a joke.

the caller said he was from OC Register. I get the paper, seemed harmless.
