As with all complaints here, same call from 1-949-201-1118, I did not answer call, simply placed on blacklist so that the phone will auto hangup on them. As for those of you that complain that you should not get national/international calls because you are registered with the National Do Not Call Registry (https://www.donotcall.gov)..well guess what it does not work, that site does nothing to block you from getting any type of calls.  Waste of internet space really.  If you truly want the calls to stop you have two choices: 1 - Change your number or 2 - Don't have a phone, simple right?  No matter what steps you take there will always be scammage companies out there that will get to you one way or another...and that's a fact.

1/31 at 6 pm...the first call came a couple days ago I thought it was a wrong number. This time I looked it up.

sick of getting calls from this number then when I dial it I get ''sorry the number you have dialed is not in service'' REALLY!?!?!?!? so how do they keep calling me from it

Appears as a missed call on my phone at work.

To win the game of these scammers is to not answer, they don't want to leave a message because you can not call them back because they are SCAMMERS, then they will get caught.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY, that is what they want.  FBI is always trying to get these guys, so just Don't ANSWER. I just delete it after they call.  No loss

I was on the net looking to refinance my fha loan and this company called offering too good to be true rates and terms.  it is out of california and they do have a website and knew too much about my actual mortgage. BUT when i called the hud website number and talked with them, i was told this company is a scam and would try to get me to give them 990.00 to start the refinancing process.  this man is very slick and he wants your credit card or your bank acct numbers.  he even had me look up attorney numbers out of new york to reassure me the company is legit.

I have received 3 calls from this number between 8:14pm 1/31 and 6:24pm 02/03.  No one speaks when I answer and hang up almost immediately.  It is on my cell so I have added it to my auto reject list on my phone!

Got a call from this place today.  Answered with "Federal Communications Commission, Tucson office, how may I direct your call?"

I don't think I'll get any more calls from these jackholes.

It's a scam - they'll call, but won't leave a message.  If you try to call back, you'll get a message stating the number is out of service.  I finally answered and the individual, in a very heavy accent, told me he was representing "Mortgage Assistance."  I told him to lose my number and never call back.  Googled "Mortgage Assistance" and discovered they have a website.  However, it's also a scam - there is no contact information or address.  Additionally, it requests personal info no legitimate company would ask on a non-secure website such as your SSN, dr lic#, and bank account and routing #!

Caller calls my home phone first and then my cell. Twice a day! I am on the "do not call" list. Guess it does not matter to these people

Also just received a call about 10 minutes ago, when I would not confirm the amount of money owed on my mortgage, they hung up the phone one me.

Got a phone call from this exact same number at 8:30 est.  No one would talk, sounded like dead air or something.  I found this is a phone call from a mortgage scam company trying to get personal identifiable information.  DO NOT GIVE THIS CALLER ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER.  DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE - BLOCK THEM IF YOU CAN

THEY ARE FOR SURE a 100% SCAMMERS, Don't answer, who cares what they want, they want your USA MONEY.  They are SCAMMERS and they are trying anything they can to get to americans and their money.  They called me twice in a few days and they call when I am working so I can't answer.  They don't leave a message but this time they were speaking in arabic for 11 seconds to each other and then hung up.  They are so not a Real Company.  As they don't get customers they will switch to another number and company to throw you all off.  I am not going to answer it and so they are not getting my time.  So Scammers if you are reading this Get a REAL JOB and stop taking AMERICANS' $$$$$.  You give your kind a bad name.

Got a call from this number, left an 11 second message, sounded like the person was out to lunch, sounded like a cafeteria.

This number called and of course no message was left.
After reading the posts this number is def a scam.

Just received a call from this number.   I didn't answer and it went straight to voice mail.  They said my name and then a bunch of things in a different language I couldn't understand (could have been Arabic).  I will not be answering them in the future.

Caller id on my cell said the call was coming in from sri lanka. No one on phone when I answered.

Okay, Here we go again, the scams are coming back,  They have been quiet for me awhile.  I did not answer because I couldn't, but believe me I love to answer and when I do I will speak a different language they will not understand.  SEE they are not from this country otherwise they would get caught.  So they call international and try to get you to pay something, when you do you are scammed.  I am not afraid of these scammers they have been trying to scam me since 2008.  It was so annoying and at first I was scared but anytime I get a call, the first thing I do is ask "What company is this, what is your address and may I speak with a supervior. If it is a scam they ususlly hang up or start talking stupid and then I hang up.  So give right back to them.

I just got a call from the same #, and when I did a reverse look-up, it said it was a cell.  When I tried to call it back, it said that it was no longer in service. . .wierd.

The male said he was calling from Mortgage Assistance Services.  So I ask, why he thought I needed assistance, he said he didn't know.  So I asked, is your company still being investigated, and he said, "YES",  I asked again, and he hung up on me.  tried to call back, but the call didn't go through.
