i got the same call displayed 0000 and he verify my social number which is tottaly incorrect but i found from some of my indian friend working with me that this are scammer calling from india.

i just received a call couple minutes ago from a 0000 number saying pretty much the same. and my social securty number has been verified. i told him that im lawyer and i going to find out and sued them from fraud.. the guy hang up

Was called today about the same as above, and said he had plenty of proof to sue me the REFERENCE, and I told him that I didn't sign anything, so how could I be responsible for paying them? So I asked for his name and company for my lawyer, and he said my lawyer could contact them directly about what "I" did. Lol. Scam. I was using google while I talked to him to look the number up, and this popped up, I told him this was a scam and he hung up on me.

Called me last yr. My dad became irate with them bc they would not provide address or phone number nor would they mail me documents. Now calling from 0000. Message was from the above number. Same as what everyone else is saying. I told the dude off and said I was pressing charges.

Got a call a little bit ago... exact same as what happened to the post above... said my "sibling" used my name and number as a witness at marshall and fieldman attorneys at law in california and i better not disregard the call or i will be in serious trouble.

called saying a former associate used my name/phone number as a witness to a loan and i was being sued by marshall & fieldman attorneys at law in california on behalf of payday loans. i asked for local police departments # so i could file fraud charges and they told me that was confidential information.

Called and said my daughter had used my name and they were going to sue her. I freaked out and then talked to my daughter and she checked into it and found out it to be fraud. don't return the phone calls.

called and said my daughter had a payday loan and wanted me to pay for it said they were a lawyer and we would be sued

i received a call and message from this number this morning.  at the end of the message the caller stated if i do not call back i would be in serious trouble..

read todays news paper and stop this scam soon or you will go in jail  we got your details wer you located in u r city 5 call centers like that............so all stop is or see you in jail .......

they call me in monning at 7 am says i hav loan who works in the morning at 7 am definately peoples who desprate for money ............scammers nevermind.......i just hand up with that lady.........

BIGGEST SCAM I I CALLED FBI AND MY LOCAL SHERIFF DEPT WHEN THEY CALLED THEM THEY HANG UP.SO DONT RESPOND. THANKS .
