Get at least 1 or 2 calls every day from these jokers.  Sometimes with 949-229-4182 and sometimes with a spoofed number.  

Robo call that says it is about your credit card, but is a solicitation.  No way to punch a number to get off the list of repeated calls--at least once a week!  Extremely annoying! Am trying to block through my phone service instead.

Just did *69. No prank calls from scammers! wow first time in 6 months!  If they keep it up for a week and get real, I might start liking them! pfffffffft

You been getting calls for only six months, They've been calling me for over three years now! I made a mistake and answered the first time they called. Nothing stops them!!These jerks from card services are scum!! They use several different numbers, the latest is 949-229-4182.

i get calls from this number several times a week, sick of these calls!   How do I get my number OFF there damn call list??

Get a call almost daily around lunch time.  We are registered with the do not call list.  I have reported these people multiple times to the do not call registry.  Doesn't make any difference.

I have asked several times to be placed on their do not call list and remain getting calls. They are very rude and even use foul language when you try to talk with them. Something needs to be done. Maybe we can get Edward to track people like this down.

Re:  Card Services - Been getting these calls for over a year? and usually don't answer them.  I was told they would put me on the do not call list but they continued.  Cussed them out with vial language I didn't even use in the USMC - one hung up the other tried to berate me.  The Police whistle sounds like a good idea or maybe one of those horns on an air-can?  I read one person would talk to them with a very soft voice so they had a hard time hearing them and then let them have it with the air-horn.

Any one who tries to sell you any thing over telephone or computer is a fake. I only buy face to face from people who are polite. I go to stores rather than buy stuff on line. Do not call me to sell any thing via telemarketing. I wont pick up the telephone.    

I work at a hotel and have access to thousands of customer info. I am quitting my job next month. Am I going to give them anything? of course not! They have harassed me, caused me anxiety, caused my cat to throw up, almost drove my gf to suicide (thinking I have all this debt!) there is no way Jose! Next time try and be nice! people who are nice to me get a lot from me.

This number keeps calling and calling leaving a message that threatens my credit.  This is a bogus company trying to  scam people into responding.
They need to be stopped.

Card service freaks, listen up. You need to change your attitude. Otherwise no one will give you anything. You are not as persuasive as when you started off the scam. People are more aware now, thanks to this board. A little credibility and honest approach might work! What do you have to lose? NOTHING. Just say it and get it over with for ever and ever.

I have been faxing my Congresswoman [Kay Granger] about this problem, and that the FTC DO NOT CALL LIST is NOTHING MORE THAN A JOKE and a WASTE OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS, at least 20 TIMES now and ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.  She is probably too busy running around to dinner-parties here and there, to get her picture taken, GLAMOR-SHOTS, you know. Why don't YOU give her a call or, better yet, fax her, and ask her if she is doing anything with my complaints about this.  You don't need my name, she will know right away who you are talking about.  Here are her numbers:

Here is a great idea:
- Make a list of all your enemies or evil people who have fuc*ed up your life in any MAJOR way.
-Make sure to have their address, zip code, date of birth and all information.
- When scammers call just give them the list of aforementioned people.
Evil attracts evil. Once these two connect you will be shocked to see how well they get along and scam each other.
Evil also self-destructs when they lose the subject they were feeding upon. It won't long before they self-destruct.

Brilliant, whoever you are! Just gave me an idea. I will give them a pig woman's number and address and zip code in Flintridge CA. She is grosser than these telemarketers.  People have committed suicide after sleeping in the same bed with her. Yes she is really THAT disgusting. Hopefully they will drive her into suicide OR they will meet her and commit suicide in disgust!

I tell them the person they are looking for committed suicide a few weeks ago,even though I am alive and well. They say "condolences" and hang up.  That usually puts an end to it. If they do call back, I have a nice loud police whistle I blow.

We are getting these calls multiple times a day!  There are messages on our machine during the week, and we've tried talking to them on the weekends.  Just got laughed at and hung up on when we asked for a supervisor.  Does anyone know if this number can be blocked on Time Warner?

The chances of someone making up false information to give to the card service scammers, which actually belong to a person is slim to none.The credit card number given would need to match the correct zip code PLUS the last four of the ss number. Unfortunately, your friend got cheated somehow else.

I've been receiving these calls for several weeks......about 3 wks ago they started coming an average of 5 days a week.... also from another # 518-278-0335, same listing of card services... only not quite as often from this #. I made the mistake of trying to answer these calls a time or two (don't remember which # )I just wanted to blister someones ears. Needless to say I got nowhere and probably made the situation worse! Live and learn.

Please DO NOT give them fake names and numbers. You could cause a nightmare for some one else. This happened to a friend of mine that was battling cancer. I truly believe that the stress brought on by someone stealing her ID, on top of the cancer treatment,  brought her early demise. It was determined that someone had just "made up" a fake name and numbers, but they were her numbers.  One's  fun could be another's disaster.

Pressed 1 to speak to representative.  I requested to be taken off their calling list on several occasions, but they hang up on me and call back again... and again.  Totally frustrating!!!

He didn't give your number to two people, he did far worse. He used your cell phone number as his Caller ID so people receiving HIS call think it came from YOUR cell phone and they're returning the call to YOU.

If he's particularly nasty, he might continue to use your cell phone number as his Caller ID to annoy you with call-backs.

Just hoping that adding my post helps to stop these calls posing as a service wanting to lower my "interest rate", ha! my card is paid in full every month!, never any interest!

Buy a call blocking phone or device.  They work and they are inexpensive!
