I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me as I am on the do not call list. Well, this last the the man made sort of a threat I feel by stating he knew it was a landline not a cell and he knew how to find us I threatened to sue and guess what? these losers called the very next morning.  These are the people needs to be tracking as I felt threatened so they are terrorists.

This number came with caller id on my phone  "Marketing Fraud" so we didn't answer. Obviously the phone company was able to give the number a telltale caller id.

After weeks and weeks of them calling and me hanging up I tried waiting and pressing 1 but it didnt work. Today I tried to speak with a live operator and I asked if they would stop calling. The lady then yelled at me calling me rude and saying I was gonna get nowhere in life by being rude. Lol but then she treatened me that she would make sure this number would call me everyday for the rest of my life until the day I die then hung up. Im pissed we need to do something about this.

I'm glad you questioned my statement, enabling me to explain it. It has been reported in numerous print and electronic media articles that many of the persons placing the calls to us from the "card services" scammers, and other scammers, are recruited at Narcotics Anonymous meetings in Florida. One of the articles went on to state, who would make a better scammer than an addict. I believe that those of us whose homes are invaded by the intrusive, and many times threatening, and obscene calls of theses lowlifes, deserve to know what type of creature is on the other end of the line. Those of us who have had the misfortune of speaking with these callers can attest to the fact that they are far from "normal".

I received a call from this number around lunch time and after pressing the button to speak to someone I asked which company she worked for and a mailing address.  I was given a list of major banks she said she worked with including Visa and MasterCard.  In response to asking again for a mailing list and the parent company she represented I was told, "You are stupid. You are being called by a robot dialer and by pressing any number you are going to get more calls.  Don't press three, don't press 1 just pick up the phone and hang up.  Oh and they know that since you have only been on the phone for a short period of time you will get called again since they know you didn't do any real business with me."  At some point she also mentioned that I was the rude one.  Laughable but very annoying.  

I have pressed the number 1 to be placed on their no call back list and they still call everyday even after the 72 hour wait period. I say we hire a hacker to have the head Honcho of this company, home phone and cell phone
be continually bombarded with calls.

Not all criminals are drug addicted.  Get over it.  Try smoking a joint or two and get your head out of your a**.  They are just criminals.  Unfortunately the world is full of them.

Verizon does not have this feature.

They are often calling my elderly parent. We are on the no call list and even when you call back to get them to stop calling they just continue to call. Is there a way to contact the phone company that services them and get them to take action? There must be a way to deal with these abusive people..

Calls multiple times a day from different numbers. This is so annoying!

Typical "lower your interest rate on your current credit card account" telemarketing scam. Upon reaching an operator, I asked "Hi, what is your first name", intending to follow up by asking for his last name and company name, but the operator immediately hung up on me. Total scam.

I started adding annoying calls to my call blocker list.

You did the same incorrect thing.

By doing so, they can claim you have a "relationship with them."  They number trap when you call and use it as an excuse for them to continue to call you.  The minute you press any number to supposedly be removed from ther list, they sell your number to a sister/similar company as you've unwittingly verified you're a "live" number.

I never answer this number and they keep calling two or three times a day. Thanks for all the posts warning
about this scam. If everyone quit answering maybe they would quit calling. Wish the DNC would work and
give these low lifes a huge fine for every call they make, make like a thousand dollars each.

They are scammers.   they will not heed the Do Not Call list, nor put you on any do not call list.  Some say that pressing one to get to a person only confirms your number is valid.   Well, they keep calling anyway, so not sure it makes any difference.

Blow a whistle in their ears.   Give them bogus credit card numbers.  Screw with them if you feel like it.   But if they dial your 10-digit number, your phone will ring, and all you can do is block their source number (assuming it's even correct).  They'll change numbers and call again.

Five calls so far today.  From now on, I keep a whistle by the phone.
