This number called my work number and left a message. If they are calling your cellular phone without prior express consent, you might be able to argue that they are violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Although, they seem pretty shady, and it might be tough to figure out who they are...
There are lawyers that handle this type of consumer case at www.naca.net.

Shady. HATE that more and more frequently Im getting businesses calling my cell phone. Do Not Call registry is a joke.

Got *THREE* calls from this number today. 3rd time I didn't answer and it left a voice message w/ the same robot voice recording!!! I'm on a Do Not Call Registry and this is just plain annoying and I missed business calls b/c I answered these calls instead. Ridiculous.

Got not one, not two, but THREE phone calls from this annoying number today. 3rd time they left a message...but the other two times I picked up and it was a robot recording. Voicemail was robot recording as well. I'm on a Do Not Call Registry. Missed business calls b/c of this annoying robot caller!

This was called to a Cell Phone which I didn't think was "allowed".

Received a call from this number today. They left a voicemail that was a recording about paying back taxes; some service to assist - said this would be my only chance to respond. What a scam!
My number is on the do not call registry, so no business should be calling me and when filing a complaint they are very specific about asking if it was a recorded call (which I think is especially not permitted under law.) I'll be filing a complaint right away.
If you're on the Do Not Call Registry, file a complaint if you receive a call from this number. If they receive a lot of complaints they'll investigate.

Received an automated call on my cell phone today (9/2/11). I have no idea how they got my # and I do not want to receive telemarketing ads on any phone.

Not sure where these idiots got my number but they have already called my cell phone twice today. There is an automated message that says push 9 to leave a message or to be on our do not call list. I will not be happy to hear from them again, and I have a feeling that I will hear from them again today. I don't need any tax relief, I do not owe any money and I have great credit. Recipient of these calls be on your guard!
