Verizon wireless is seriously one of the absolutely worst companies when it comes to stuff like this. They have harassing tactics that are so bad. They've gotten so big that they think they can do whatever they want. They call over and over again to get you to upgrade,even after you ask them to not call you, and they call over and over again for billing issues even if you are never late with them.
