This numer calls to let you know that you have text messages from them.  While they are calling you can expect 3-5 text messages and then 2 voicemail messages.  Really annoying as they call 2, 3, 4 time a day.  I ignore it and added the NumberCop ap to my phone (this does not do anything and is a scam in it's self. I already knew it was a SPAM number and now thats what comes up when they call).
