they called my place of business same woman and they buy our ss# from others and are a scam they about got me fired today i cried! when i called back she said i needed to speak to her supv when he got on i told him i was suing there company due to having my ss# and calling my place of work they are by law not aloud to do that anyways. They kept refusing so i cursed them out and vowed if they called my job again i was flying to ca and hunting them down to their place of business unfortunately for them in the state of missouri where i live its way illegal for them to call my place of work so im pressing for lawsuit due to i couldve been fired! Sorry for there luck i did an intelius search and when the address comes back they will be getting lots of paperwork they will learn not to f*** with a person who knows the law unlike they do!

Thank you all for all who posted I too have been getting calls from these people I went off on them this past sat. I then received a phone call at work while I was in a meeting a wmn named Jennifer Smith stated that I would need to have my attourney call them or legal action will be taken. I was so scared and didnt know what to do until my ficance told me to pull the number on here and i READ THAT THIS IS A SCAM!! I feel so much better to know who and what they are. So now what I do so have them to cease calling and harrasing me.

OMG! Regina! "Leo Fernandez" is the same guy that called me.... this is so ridiculous seriously... This Leo says the Arkansas state police will be at my home to pick me up and i better coporate and then told me god bless! This Leo Fernandez read back to me my SSN# and my street address this is real scary.... what can i do??

I got a call from "Leo Fernandez" .  Thank goodness I went to law school.  I asked him to give me a case number and his attorney bar license number.  Then I looked his "number" online and found out this information.  

I then called the number back and caught the guy off guard.  He did not answer his phone like they do at law offices.  I told him he was a liar and this was a fraud and other people were on to him.   I can't write what else I said because it is too profane for this site.  These jerks called me at my place of business. How do I alert the authorities?

No Jewelz it isn't legit. I reported this to the state attorney general and I contacted my phone company as well to stop the number from calling into my phone. This is a scam. A collection agency can't use intimidation tactics to collect a debt and they certainly can't legaly threaten you with criminal charges to get you to pay them. This isn't a law firm or legal people of any kind. Don't let them fool you.

I also just got a phone call but he is indeed a foreigner his name is Leo Fernandez. He called from
949-258-8581. says there is a criminal case against me and i need to take action... He states this is not an attempt to collect a debt. but funny at the end of the conversation he states that if i come up with $613.22 there will be no criminal charges against me.... ummm hes not a debt collector at the begining of the conversation but at the end says to provide him with the debit card number and all necessary paper work will be sent to me after i pay..... i asked who do i owe i dont remember he states it was some kind of payday loan, so i ask which one. he says Financial crime associates and that there all kinds of different pay day loan companies..... even so say if i did owe a pay day loan what and how far can they get by legal action.... is this legit?

I just got a call from sean wilson he left a message saying the same thing. I have not taken out any loans recently because I am not eligible for any so what the hell is going on with this? Not sure what to do. When I call the number back it says that the voicemail is full or it sounds like someone is picking up then the call drops. I do not like this one bit!

I had the Same thing happen to me. Some Foreigner I couldn't undertand so I'm not really surer what he said but his name was Sean Wilson and he mentioned that us cash loans deposited money in my account and I didn't pay them back and there's a law suit against me. I can tell this is a scam now but I'm still worried because he had my name and city and social security number. The number was 9492588581. I'm assuming you all have just ignored this and nothing has happened to you?

I just got a call from the phone number 949-258-8581 and they stated that i had owed money on a cash advance pay day loan. I've done these types of loans before but always paid them back with the company taking out the money directly. They've threaten to go to my workplace and read back my ssn, address and email address. Is there anyway to find out if this is legit??

I have received several calls from this lady who said she is from a law firm and now she is calling my co-workers leaving messages that state I am in legal trouble and provides the last four digits of my social security number. I have asked them not to call my job but they refuse to stop. What can I do to stop this harrassment? The number she is calling from is 949-258-8581.

Got a call like this tonight...Sean Wilson was this foreigner's name! Left me a voicemail that wished me luck on what would UNFOLD on me if me or my attorney did not call back. I will be reporting to BBB and the Attorney General~RIDICULOUS~~

This number called my phn and a lady by the name jenifer gill said I needed to call her back because legal action was being took on my name and my socail securty number so I tryed 2 call it back and it says that the mail box was 2 full so idk what the deal is but I'm not to happy

I got one as well. Its nothing more than a scam. I recently did some online research and made the mistake of applying online which opened the door up for telemarketers everywhere to call me. Most of them were trying to get me to take there credit card, or borrow money from them etc. Trust me even if you did owe something, it is highly illegal for anyone to use lawsuit tactics or use threats. Plus this lady was from overseas. I could hear all the static in the background. I would reccomend getting on the National Do Not Call list.

Got a call from this number earlieer today ! The guy told my husband that he had better have $330.00 by Monday , or he was going to get a warrant on my husband and have our home and my husband's place of employement searched and our home searched and seized ! I called the number back but, they will not tell me who they are ! Highly PISSED !!!
