Received call from 949-268-9100 which is Newport Beach. This wad 1 hour after calling HelpDeskWiz at 866-496-3191. Not sure if this computer generic "tech support" company has anything to do with this but its a possibility. When I called the 949 number back I received message that the phone number was disconnected. When I call my phone company they say number has not been assigned to a carrier which means it could be a number fr a Magic Jack or similar company.

In a span of 2 hours, I have received calls from this number.   On my cell phone.  Costing me money.   Don't appreciate it.  No name given.  Don't know who they are.

THIS HAS TOO STOP NOW!!!  I don't understand why the FCC doesn't shut them down..To get 4 phone calls from this # in a few hours and my husband is in a hospice situation...STOP IT NOW!!!!

This #9492689100 has called 4 times this evening with no one at the other end.  I call back the # and a recording says the phone # is disconnected.  How can that be when I call back immediately?  The caller id says calltek.

I'm located in Atlanta, GA, and I've been getting calls from this number, too, but do not answer. I'm wondering if they're selling home security systems.  I've somehow recently landed on a marketer's list and have been getting bombarded with calls from different companies offering deals on home security.  It wouldn't be a stretch for a company who owns internet service providers to also own companies in the wireless home security market.  Just a guess.  Regardless, these calls are also coming to me unsolicited and I wish they would stop.

Had 4 calls from this number today; when I try to return the call it says it's bee disconnected. I will call to have the number blocked from my phone. I don't have cable and I believe it's just a solictor phising for information. Number should be reported to FBI.

I am on the national do not call list and I keep getting calls from this number. When I try to call it back the number is non-working which tells me that the company is using some kind of technology to mask their real number and identity.

I receive calls from this number at least 3 to 4 times a day everyday and it is harassment. I have told these people I am not interested in a security system for our home time and time again I asked to speak to a supervisor they hang up in my face. You cant call the number back it is very frustrating. I called the number that says to report them to and if you are still being contacted after a certain amount of days they can possibly be prosecuted. Please HELP!!!!!

They have been calling me for months on end now. They hang up on me before i even say hello. They call all hours of the day and night. Please make it STOP

Im sure this is just another example of the many phishing/scam phone calls i have been receiving recently. I have been getting calls about credit cards i dont own, free home security, and now apparently Internet service i dont have.

Be very suspicious of of any unsolicited phone calls and never give out or verify personal information on an incoming call.  If the caller says they represent a service that you do have, hang up and call them directly.

they just started calling today.. We don't have anything with this company and never heard of them, they need to stop calling.

I've had 27 calls in the past 3 days and when I call the number back I get a error code that tells me to check the number and dial again must be a fake number and I live in Washington state any one know who is calling

same thing here i live in OK to, there is no reason for them to be calling me.

They keep calling our company cell phone.  I have NO clue who these people are! We are located in Oklahoma and have no reason for this company to call.  They call at all hourse and it cuts in and out and then hangs up.  Very Frustrating for our On call drivers!!!!

They randomly called me twice. I answered and nobody said anything so I hung up. Yhen when they called and didn't talk a second time I said I would report the numbet yo the police and an automated voice said goodbye and the phone hung up..

Don't use Direcpath internet or Satellite Service! It's unreliable and may take a week or 2 to have a technician out for repairs. I transferred to Dish network
