another of the never-ending Google spammers. This is not Google, and I can tell you now, they'll never stop. They simply switch to calling from another spoofed number. Pressing "9" to be "taken off their list" means nothing, so don't even bother. I have 52 of these numbers written down already. That's right, 52 so far in about 6 month's time. I wish ill upon no one, but I hope each and every one of these scammers gets cancer of the rectum.

They call all the time. No, I do not have google listing. Just e-mail. No matter how many times I tell them to stop calling. They still call.

Correction:   Caller ID actually shows Google. I was off by one line when I said out of state. Sorry for the error. This is a Google imposter, not Google.

Called on 07/26/2013 @ 02:21 PM from Capstr Valley, CA. Caller ID shoews Out of State. No message was left because I set voicemail to pick up up after 5 rings and robo-callers disconnect on 4 or fewer rings.
Sounds like this is clearly another Google listings scam from comments left by others.

I get the same call. Sales scam. Nobody needs to pay for something that they can get for free anyway. Miy call started with an automated message. If you wait till the end of the message, they give you the option to press 9 to be "removed from their list." Go ahead an press 9, because this means to be removed from their sales call list, not to be removed from google. I'm pretty sure they have to comply by law, but I'm pretty sure that I've gotten repeat calls from these folks even though I've pressed 9 everytime... but can't be sure. A lot of these dummies do the same thing, so I'm forever waiting until the end of their time-consuming messages to press the number to "opt out" of their harassment. Ain't nobody got time for that!

I have been receiving calls from this number over and over again, and today I answered the call to find out what in the world could be so important.  The person I spoke with tried to make be believe that he worked for Google, and that the call was to update the listing information for the small business that I own.  Then everything turned into a high pressure sales pitch. "For $149 per month, we can have your business on the front page, top of the list, for Google search results..."  Blah, blah, blah.  I told him that I am paying $9.99 per month for the same optimization work that he was proposing, and I asked him why his company charges such high rates.  I really wanted to know what it was that justified the $1,600 per year cost to be listed on Google.  He entire speech was ridiculous, and the call ended when he hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking the same question (that he kept avoiding) about the service he was proposing.  TOTAL SCAM.  DON'T BUY INTO ANYTHING THIS FRAUDULENT ENTERPRISE OFFERS.  SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

I got a call today amongst the many I have received from them. I finally asked for the operator and told them that I have asked them to remove me from their lists numerous times before. The guy then said "you do not want new customers and revenue". I said, again I'm not interested. Then he asked me if I knew anything about google search. I told him I did but I was not interested. Finally he came back and said "fine I will put you on the list of unsuccessful businesses". Very rude and a complete scam.

Got a call from this person as missed calls, later got a call from another number but people are saying these two numbers were calling for the same thing, other number is 607 203 5524

I received a call from this number today (7-18-2013) and did not answer. I read here that someone thinks this caller is pedaling child porn. My question is if this is true why haven't the authorities caught these disgusting people yet?! If every communication is monitored shouldn't the sale of child porn thrown up a red flag already?!  In any case I pray they catch these pedo-perverts and lock them up with Bubba!!!

Same here calls all the time at my business. Never answer and when you call the number back it does not go thru.

We have been receiving these calls for months.  Some moron mis-catorigized us as a home builder, we have nothing to do with construction.  They claim that are one of six different "third party" centers and can remove us from their list, but not from the coporate list.  I've spoken with more them six of them! When you ask to speak to their supervisor, they say "sure" and hang up.

Non of them are google  they just say that to try to trick you, had a call from another number said the same thing wanted 500 a month to place me at the top of google search

Another worthless robo call from"Google" to update my listing. Pres 1 to update, press 9 to stop the calls. I had let it go to voice mail. Assigned it a no ring on my phone, but they are hammering me everyday 5- 6 times a day from different numbers.  Maybe the NSA could make themselves worthwhile and find these cretins instead of spying on law abiding people.  Of all the things there are in the world today, can't somebody come up with a way to find these scum and eliminate them from the face of the universe?

I received this call seven (7) times today from 949-276-1640 from Margaret Redas for Google. This is a business and this is becoming  a harassement.    I also received a call from Newport Beach which makes 8 calls for Google advertising.

I get this call occasionally. WHen you say Hello there is a delay - that means solicitation. Usually I hang up at that point. FWIW - WHen you try to call back, the number does not accept inbound calls, confirmation this is a solicitor who is ignoring the DO NOT CALL list and does not want to get caught. Short message was cut off, but said "press 1 to update your free google listing" Another one of many companies wanting to update or create a free google listing. I get 3 or so calls a day for this,  but first time for this number.
