I just got the same text message tonight 5/12/2012 and the same free Visa Card results when I checked up on the website.  Had to PAY to receive the text message on my cell phone, which is on the Do Not Call registry also.  I believe that the phone number was spoofed.  It was supposedly from Ipswich Mass.  I am going to try to report logic-boxes.

Text message saying I'd won a $1000 Walmart gift card and to go to a site that began with "wmartsecure" (I don't want live links here so I'm leaving out the rest of the URL). I don't usually trust these but just out of curiosity I decided to check out the site. It redirected to a site called "logic-boxes" that said "Get a Free $1000 Visa Gift Card." No mention of Walmart. Under that it said:

"By entering your email and continuing, you certify that you are a US resident over the age of 18 and that you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. You agree to receive promotional emails and special offers from trusted 3rd parties.

Logic-Boxes.com is an independent rewards program and not associated with any of the above listed merchants or brands. In order to receive your gift you must: (1) Meet the eligibility requirements (2) complete the rewards bonus survey (3) complete a total of 13 Reward Offers as stated in the Terms & Conditions (4) not cancel your participation in more than a total of 2 Reward Offers within 30 days of any Reward Offer Sign-Up Date as outlined in the Terms & Conditions (the Cancellation Limit) and (5) follow the redemption instructions."

Promotional emails? Complete 13 offers, which may involve buying things? Not cancel within 30 days of signing up? I don't think so. At the end of the message it said "QUIT2end" so I replied with QUIT. Then I added that my number is on the Do Not Call Registry. As far as I'm concerned this is just spam.
