This wasnt actually a call, it was a text message. At nearly 1am. about getting a home loan. and asking if it was ok to contact me.

Credit Card Debt consolidation offer sent via text to my mobile.

Got a text from this number that said "Do you have 10k or more in credit card debt? Our debt relief program CUTS your payments and total debt by over HALF. No upfront fees. May we contact you?" Got the text at 10pm. 

I got the same text after midnight about credit card debt!This is absolutely ridiculous

i got the same text about cutting debt in half. 3am ET 10/20/09

The message said "Homeowners lower your Mortgage Payment by up to 60 percent with a loan modification program. No equity, ok. Poor credit, ok. May we contact you?"

I did not receive a call from them I received a TEXT MESSAGE at 4:00 AM!! And these idiots, according to the area code are IN CALIFORNIA WHERE I AM SO THEY SHOULD KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS. I AM SO NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!

Plus, what they are 'selling' - I have no use for - go figure!!
