I have to pay text charges on my cell phone for this scum to spam me.  I've since blocked all text to my phone but the wireless company won't reverse the charges.

SPAM! SPAM! SPAM! This makes me so damn mad that these people can text us without without penalty. Grrrr!

Unsolicited text message about credit card debt help - which woke me up just as I was finally falling asleep!!  This sort of intrusion should be a crime.

Just got a text from this CA number (I'm in NYC) asking if I'm struggling to make my mortgage payment & if they can call me!

Why am I even on their call list, that's what I wanna know. I shouldn't have to call every spammer to tell them not to call/text/email me.

But then again, I wouldn't be calling them "spammers" if they ask for my permission first.

One of the sponsored listings on lowerpayment.net which is associated with 949-300-6004 is below.   I called and complained and they said I would be taken off their list. If nothing else, I doubt they really want to spend their time talking to people calling and complaining about getting unwanted texts and calls. So, if you're called call them back at 866-505-7170!! You should never reply to SMS like this similar to SPAM emails.  It just lets the person on the other end know they have a hit.  They then mark you as a live number on their database.  Then they sell their live numbers to other spammers.  I have received 3 SMS SPAMS in 3 months and Verizon Wireless only allows me to blow 5 numbers from sending me SMS.  Which sucks when it is them selling my number.  Thanks congress.  Can I send you my SMS bills?

I texted back: "Remove from list"  Now I'm getting it from a different number

They texted my phone:  949-300-6004 "Is your mortgage payment too expensive?  Our Loan Modification programs can lower your payments immediately.  May we please give you a call?"

I texted back:  "REMOVE THIS NUMBER FROM YOUR DATABASE.  DO NOT CONTACT THIS NUMBER AGAIN."

Call text 949-300-6004 claiming to be www.lowerpayment.net

Texted me the same message as everyone has reported. Lowerpaymnt.net. I am on the DNC and this is on my cell phone so I am not happy. I don't appreciate paying for texts from people I do not approve, especially telemarketers when I have listed my cell phone on the DNC.

This is a mortgage advertisment. Invasion of my cell phone privacy.
