Problem Callerreported 949-334-1240 as an Unknown Caller

Extremely threatening calls from this number. Foreign accent, says will send authorties after me, seems to want me to confirm my social security number and give him money. I have filed a police report, informed my bank and credit bureau. Extreme threats from this individual. See all of the compliants listed on compliantboard.com website.

To single mom.....Don't pay them it's a scam.  If there is any legal matters at hand they would need to send you a certified letter.  These people have been calling my cell and my work, i've placed a police report and we've reported them to other authorities.  These people are freaken idiots and can't believe they are doing this to people.

I received these same calls from this brian john. He has my SSN and even my drivers license info. HE REALLY SCARED ME! I dont know what to do!

These people called me and said they had an avidavit out for me and federal charges were pending.  He pretended to read a court document saying he was a paralegal named Brian John.  Many threats were made and was told first i was going to be indicted for bounced checks then they said they were after me for a loan i took out and owed 5,848.00.  When I refused and denied because I know i never to a loan anywhere he hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone again.  He had me shaking, he knew all my information, social, address, phone number, work place etc.

same thing here...he said my attorney needs to call them and if he didnt...he wished me luck...wtf!

My sister received a call from this number on today 949-334-1240 saying that he was from the federal or something.  He claimed he was reading an affadavit for a pay day loan or something.  Then he went on to say that she was in trouble for letting a withdrawal come out of her savings account.  She asked for documents and she hung up.  So I was looking for more information  about this company.  I used to do legagl collections and I would like to speak with this company.

got call from same company and are trying to scare me and at frist scared me. they have giviving me so many hours to pay them. even called my work and threatened them about me on phone trying get me fired if i dont pay. they gave me till 3 oclock today? boy are they in for it when i tell them i have contacted the texas attorney general and have given them there phone number and name . so we well see what happens

Same here, and the man was not willing to give any information. I then asked if I would be receiving anything in writing and he stated he was not authroized to give anything in writing as of yet. If you are going to sue me, i should at least be prepared to receive things in writing. Please ignore these people, but the messed up part is that they have personal information that should not be readily available at all. I am done with payday loans.

I got a call from the same # numerous times. Not just on my cell but also my work. He claims his name was "Attorney Brian John" and he was claiming this was in regards to a pay day loan I took out. I did get a loan but not through the company he was referring to. He then started making very nasty threats that I was going to be arrested, the cops were gonna come to my house/job and take me to jail, I was going to have to go to CA for court, I was going to be charged a $5000 fine....and list goes on. Please ignore these ignorant F***S as they are just trying to SCAM you. DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING AND DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION TO THEM. Hang up on them, ignore the call, change your number....do whatever you have to do just DON'T ENTERTAIN THEM.

Just got off the phone with this person keep calling my number saying i took a loan out i did not i will not only report them i will find the address and have the FBI get to them for business fraud and internet crimes obtaining public information from people and making threatening comments to people

I got a call from this number  he was saying he was from customer affairs. He had all my info like ss,address my boyfriends work. he was telling me that I was looking at criminal charges for a bad check in california. I have never been to calaifornia i explained to him he then said that the matter was inregards to a loan that I have no clue of taking out. This is the second time a  in over a year I got a call like this and reported it to not only my localnpolice but the california as well.

got a call from this number saying that they would file criminal charges and would not give me the reason after I asked several times. would like to report them because they were very threatening trying to get personal info, which in fact they did have some but not all. After I told them about themselves they hung the phone up on me. Will report this number to local authorities and local news stations. would advise others to block this number and report them and do not give any personal information.

I got a call from this number about a loan that I'm not sure I took and they told me to pay $400 and they would send the conformation and I haven't got nothing. I wanna get in contact with them and I want to sue.
