These people call us multiple times a day. 949-334-3042 J2 Global Communications. When they ask for the person in charge of our merchan accounts, I tell them we are happy wwith our current provider and then they hang up. When I tried to redial their number, it says it is not in service.

credit card scammers are some thing else !
I don't have a business and yet I have asked them not to call me and remove my number from there call list .
I have been getting a call a week from this place for the last 5 weeks now .
if you call the number they are calling from back it's a out of service number . right there it tells you SCAMMER . what real business would be calling from a out of service number ?
I filed a complaint with the FCC after the 3rd call I will be doing so again now .
this last time they called I started play with them . I told them no I don't want your credit card number why would I want that ? she replied NO NO we are a processing center . me great but I still don't want your credit card info . I can't take charge cards why would you just call some one out of the blue and offer your charge card info to then you don't even know me . after 3 or 4 minutes of going back and forth with her and me telling this women I don't want her credit card info because I have no way to take cards she said what ever and just hung up on me .

A man called from this number asking to speak to someone about one of our "accounts". When I asked him if he was soliciting he got rude and obnoxious and repeatedly asked for the owner by name. I told him that I needed to know what account he was referring to. He continued to be belligerent and rude and completely unprofessional. When I told him he would get no where by talking that way, he hung up. I wrote the number down while talking to this animal and am now reporting it.

I am at work, guy says hey darlin' really?? And then hangs up. I called the number back and it just rings and rings, so I put it on hold forever, ill just tie up the lines for a while..

I work for a company than receives 2 - 4 calls a day every other day from J2 Global Comm. I have told them over and over again not to call and have now reported them to the FCC. I hope that everyone that receives calls from this company takes the time to report them by going to the FCC website and fill out the form. They need to be STOPPED!!!

This is a cold call for National Debit Card Network pitching a lower rate for Credit card processing.
NationalDebitCardNetwork.com is the web page, feel free to utilized any information contained forthwith.
Steps:
1) when they call, after they introduce themselves (Get this info written down), ask them, "who may I ask is calling." do not give your name or company.
2) Tell them, and be CALM and clear, to immediately remove your number from the data bases. Be sure they heard and understood you.
(should they call again, as they did with me multiple times, I told the operator, "I was now filing a FCC complaint. Should you call me again I will file a harassment lawsuit")
3)Go here: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. Using the information I've provided you as well as the info you got from the caller, fill out a form and file a complaint.. Be sure to fill out the correct form for which type of number this company called from (Ie, mobile, business, hospital, etc).

This Number ( 949-334-3042 ) Calls Everyday 6 to 10 Times - It started late December 2013, and it's now Mid Jan 14.
Every day, they keep calling !!! ( SCAM ) - Reported to FCC, nothing can be done. Looks like I have to live with this...

These butt-holes called AGAIN. That's three days in a row and after I told them on Dec 2nd not to call again. This time, the guy had the audacity to argue with me when I told him his company was told not to call again, saying I had not told HIM not to call again, kept asking me what the name of his company is (as if that matters if they're a scammer). I told him I record calls and that I go by phone number. He STILL continued arguing me. I repeatedly chanted "Do not call. Do not call," ceaselessly as he continued blathering away. Then he has the audacity to tell me, "No wonder the previous guy didn't put you on the do-not-call list if THAT is how you acted." Now that's logic for you! I informed him that, by law, they are REQUIRED not to call when they are told not to. He continued arguing again. I continued chanting "Do not call." The guy must be a real glutton for punishment and a prime example of stupidity to continue arging his point. I finally swore at him and slammed the phone down.

These butt-wipes called our business again yesterday afternoon, after I explicitly told them to put us on their do-not-call list. Woman asked to speak with the owner. I asked what it was about and she gave me a short spiel about processing debit cards. Then for some weird reason she suddenly asked if there was someone else she could talk to. Considering I'm the one who handles credit card processing, that was a dumb move on her part. I started to tell her, "Now that you've insulted me--" and she rudely disconnected. They just called again today at 1054 hrs. I noticed the number/ID and just answered "Hello?" A woman cheerfully called back, "Hello, hello?" and promptly disconnected. WTF is wrong with these a***-wipes??

They called our business today. Fast talking woman wanting to send someone out to meet us about our merchant account because (surprise, surprise) they claim they can save us money. When she asked when was a good time for them to send someone out to meet with us I told her, "Never." She still kept going on with her promises. I asked her, "What part of 'no' do you not understand," then politely explained others have made the same promises, we do very little credit card, and so on, told her to put us on their do-not-call list and then hung up. She was still gabbing away, trying to make a sale, when the receiver quietly disconnected.

Received call and caller ID reads J2 Global Communication. Asking to speak to owner or the person who handles merchant account. Advised that I handle, proceeds in to scripted lines of Visa and MC lowering their rates and we are entitled to savings and a person will be in my area the next day to go over the new rates. Advised that our credit card usage is very low and before I could continue... She hung up on me.
Next time I will go with my standard M.O. - and just place the rude caller on permahold. They waste my time so I will waste as much of theirs as possible.
