My brother and I use different carriers.  We both got this same message within a day of each other.  I'm told if receiving text messages cost you money, it could be considered "theft of services" when receiving spam texts.  Might be able to take it to court if you can positively identify the texter.

I guess that they are trying to see if the cell phone is a real number. I have gotten this for the past 4 months. Annoying and unsolicited! Just make it stop please, it costs us money for this crap!
