Why call and hang up on me?

I answered that number once and it hanged up too. I only answered because I noticed this number had called me several times before. I don't know who it is.

I finally called the number back to tell them to stop calling my cell phone number and then hang up. This number belongs to Pacific Monarch, a time share company with a bad reputation for ripping off customers from what I read online by googling a search for Pacific Monarch, so be aware. Haven't found a way to get them to stop calling yet.

This is ridiculous!  Every other day this number calls, no one says anything, I yell "stop calling me," but the next day another call!  Right now I'm being told that "my call is important"  but then it goes dead and to that annoying phone-off-the-hook noise.  I'm going to google that Pacific Monarch name and see what comes up.  Glad to hear I'm not alone in dealing with this annoyance.

Ok, it's a cell phone through Blue Licenses Holding out of Orange, CA.  The owner is apparently out of San Juan Capistrano.  I called Pacific Monarch and spoke to an operator that had no history of my number and informed me that people, not recordings, call individuals, and that an 866 number would show up.  I suppose that narrows it down to everyone else in the world really.  For any more information, one has to have a member ship to one of those reverse number searches.  Good luck everyone!

Got a call from 949-374-5126 and when I answered they hung up. Ten minutes later they called again and I decided to let the voicemail pick up in hopes that they would leave a message. No luck same thing, they just hung up.  This is anoying.

Keep receiving calls from this number all times of the day and night 3 to 5 times a week.  HELP!  Same thing hang up, next I will bring out the fog horn and blow it in their ears.  Think that will stop the madness?  I am also contacting the do not call list.  Good luck all.
