Received a strange email

Yup....me, too....a Jesse Goens, same area code but different number - Received an e-mail from him... I'm in the home repair business - but his inquiry sounded fishey....having to do with real estate....Glad I Googled him...to save myself from an obvious scammer

Just received an email from Jesse Goins wanting a broker for real estate.  Same script as the others that I've seen posted here.

Strangely his subject header was CPA. It made no sense at all, which was the tip off. Glad to see this site which is collecting this information. Hope others find it as well and keep far away from Jesse Goins. I wonder what his real name is?

I got this exact same email today.  It is a shame that we have to look these things up before we answer an email to make sure it isn't a scam.  Someone needs to get a real job and not have so much time on their hands.

I got an email (see below) from someone wanting me to call a different number.  Wording is almost exactly the same in other emails reported on this thread - Jesse apparently just changed the phone number.

I recived a email from the same guy Jesse Goins and I set up an acount with him for by Mortgage company, So far the leads I am getting have turn out good for me.

We just got an email too, same reference to clients in a network and wanting to speak to our president see if we our company is a good fit.  The name attached to the number is different however.  This person went by Edwin McDonald.

I got an e-mail from someone asking us to call this same number, claiming to have several clients he wanted to refer to my company's gay travel website.  He used the same name, "Jesse Goins."  I thought it odd he didn't simply book on the website, since that's exactly what id does.  I'm glad I didn't bother.
