Several calls this week from (949) 413-7346. Does not leave message. Picked up & guy started acting like he knew me and stated something about home improvements then hung up on me.

got call on Sunday monring before 10am from 949 413 7346.  They asked for Mr. or Mrs. "Schlemer."  I said they had wrong # and he says, oh, well I'm David with the home improvement center and we give free estimates.  Do you have any work you need done?  I said I get calls like this all the time and would never hire anyone over the phone.  He hung up on me.  The call back # from caller ID did not work.  Shady organization... avoid!

Getting repeated calls from this number - they leave no message. I called it back from a blocked number, and got a full voice mail for the "borrowing department". If this is a home improvement company, why would the borrowing department be calling? I have no orders placed, and no outstanding debts.
