someone called from that same number 949-415-6473 for my brother and also gave a case #99399-12az i dont understand my brother has never worked or has any bills or any court issues. i had to get a power of attorney for this so they could give me some info.

I too was given a message from my supervisor saying I needed to return a call to Jordan and Associates regarding my complaint#99854-19CA. Because of other recent friends and knowing my email had been hacked
I typed the phone number in and see that the reports by other folks as shown were the same. I had a feeling this was another scam to try and get money for a debt I had already paid years ago. A few weeks ago they
got our new receptionist at work and feed her the story about needing to serve me legal papers. Like the dude says, nobody is going to call you to schedule serving you legal papers!. REAL process servers have your information and will not call you to arrange to serve you. I wish someone could catch these people and prosecute them!

Hmmmm I have gotten calls both at home and work.  This person calls himself Roy from Legal documents and tells me to return a call to Greg Wright # 949-791-7138.  Whats funny is I have gotten calls last week stating I was being served papers and need to know where I wanted to receive them.  That they didn't want to embarrass me at work or cause a situation.  I have not called this person back as I know it is a SCAM.  You do not get warning that legal documents are being served, you do not get told you have a case against you, instead you get served the papers with no warnings what so ever.  And when you do call the number back all they want is $$$.  No collection agency acts like fools or threatens you.  If you want to serve me then do it.

I received a call  at work from an unknown number and the caller identified herself as Kayla Johnson.  (I doubt that is her real name)  She said she was calling on behalf of a company called Jordan and Associates and was making arrangements to have court papers served on me at my place of employment. I asked for HER phone number and she told me she didn't have a call back number. She said I should have received correspondence regarding this matter (I haven't).  She wanted me to call Jordan and Assoc and make more convenient arrangements for serving of the documents.

Asking for me with a long past name. Left this number 949-415-6473 for mr to call but this number just is a line for you  to levae a message for them to call you back.
