These people keep calling about some property. Threatening to take legal action. I don't own property. I think they're fishing for information. Don't give any info. If they have any issues with you they should send it via US Postal Service.

Called me today regarding a complaint against me having to do with property I own in Ft. Lauderdale.  Utter crap.  So sad that with how great human potential is that these people choose to spend there energy on scams.  Shameful.

We get repeated calls from this number, sometimes more than once a day.  Today a voice said rhey were trying to reach a Maria Castro who has a property in Othelio.  Needed to call back to avoid legal action, getting lawyer's involved, etc.
I hesitate to call back and leave a call record of any kind.  Referenced an 800 number, and I hesitate to call it for the very same reason.

Me too. First left me a voicemail from an 800 number about legal action being taken. I called the number back and it didn't exist. Called the number they left on the voice mail and receptionist answered. The guy I talked to was a jerk when I questioned him about the company and it's practices. Got very defensive. Wanted to verify the last 4 numbers of my social. I laughed at him and hung up. He called back several times them left a voicemail. About not being able to help me and they would be taking legal action if I did not call back. Wow they are going to great lengths for a scam!

they just called and I told them we got this number about a year ago and dont know the person they are looking for...I get a feeling they are looking to collect a debt...

Called saying my merchant account had just come across her desk and were the last 4 digits of my ss 2975 - I said no.  She said well let me check and see what else I have - told her to not call back again.  She was nasally and chewing gum so couldn't hear what company she said.

I have this "949" number calling me at work, won't say why, then looked up my son and called him too.  They saw they are from western assoc.  I have no property, my late husband had nothing, so I don't know why I am being harassed at work, and thru others.

Not sure how they got our info, but received a call from a 949#. Called my cell first at 3pm, but no message. Later same number called my husband and a Lisa Mitchell left message for me regarding a legal issue on a rental property. We've been at current property for 5 years. After reading posts it doesn't seem legitimate.

I've been getting the same calls from this number every day about some property I'm suppose to own in San Antonio.

They contact me via cell phone looking for my Father wanting to verify his information. Claimed to be from Weston Associates, my father does not know anything about this.  When I stated I would not confirm any information, they cut the call short.

Definitely some sort of call service. You can hear all the commotion in the background... They called and harassed my receptionist trying to speak to one of our other employees. Kept saying that they were on their way to our office every time they called back. Called 6+ times throughout the day. Receptionist started sending the calls to me instead. Once the caller realized I was onto him all they would do is just hang up. Very shady...

They called10 times today saying they are making a legal complaint that I was drunk and they would not say who they were saddd

Possibly an lawyer or collection agency, trying to contact my ex.

Said this was last warning call for my fathers property.  That this was the last voluntary call. Before they take legal action .SCAMMM
