Called about construction projects for my home. ESI stands for Easy Solution Improvements. I asked how the caller, Jasmine, had gotten my number and she said it was from a list from the computer that was automatically dialed. I asked for the address of the company and she told me it wasn't appropriate to give it. I told her it was since I was on a Do Not Call list and could sue her company for not abiding by it and she hung up. I called the number back and it just rings and rings. All I wanted was the source of the list so I can go after them!!!
I have been on the National Do Not Call Registry for years and every one to two years I update my information even though the registry states that once you're in, you're in forever.
