got a disconnected call when answered

I get texts from them asking if I owe $10,000 or more in debt. It's happened 3 times now. I hate them.

I have received 2 texts on my cell from 949-463-5292 & 949-463-4767..  I have no idea as to why... Personally it's very annoying.. I  registered my cell  on the do not call list for this reason. If i recieve anymore i will call my provider and asked to have these numbers blocked.
