Twice now these people, The Loan Depot have called my cell making up lies saying someone has used my cell number to falsely apply for loans. Ummm, why would someone apply for a loan and use a "fake" phone number? I seriously doubt it! Anyone who is serious about applying for a load or refinancing their home isn't going to use a fake number or someone else's they don't know. I called them back the first time and told them to remove my number from their files. So a week goes by and all was quiet until this morning and yet again I get another call. This time I recognized the number so I let it go to voicemail. They left a message stating to call them back about "refinancing my mortgage". Hmmmm, my home is paid off, I'm retired so why do I need to refinance my mortgage? I called them back again, gave them a piece of my mind after yet again being given the story that they were given my phone number by someone who had applied to refinance their mortgage but had given them MY phone number for contact? I highly doubt it! They are soliciting mortgages and loans, plain and simple.

This time after I got off the phone I filed a complaint with the do not call registry as all of our phones are on that list. If your phone isn't on it I highly recommend you file your number on it now. If it isn't they can keep calling and you have no gripes when telemarketers call you.

Loan Depot .com is the company and I never applied to this company but they will not stop calling me.  If they don't im calling their consumer credit commissioner.  That will make them stop.

Home Depot Mortgage Company calls me about 6 times a day.  They don't leave a message, and I don't pick up.  

I want them to stop calling me.  

Loan Depot has called me 5 times already today....I will not answer because I do not who they are and I do not want or need to talk to them....I may call back and start hanging up on them.......

This number won't quit calling me and I picked up the phone several times telling them not to call me again.  I put my number on the Do Not Call Registry & the won't leave me alone.  They are trying to get me to take out a home loan.  I would never do business with someone that harasses me and runs my cell battery dead everyday.

These people are rude and nasty.  I don't have any reason to talk to them and don't want them to call.

These people keep calling me, I think it's a telemarketer and I'm on a do not call list.  I picked up and asked them to stop calling me and hung up.

I started to fill out a loan request on the internet. I didn't submit it because they asked for information that I don't like to give up. However, They save everything as they go, so they have your contact information. I have told them not to call because I am not interested. I wouldn't do business with them, because they basically stole my contact information. If they call again I am reporting them to the government, because I am on the "do not call list"

This stupid company calls me 3-5 times a day on my cell and i've told them to stop so many times!

I got a call from 3 different numbers.  One in Michigan, one in Cali, and the last was an 800 number.  They didn't say who they are, but likely this Loan group.  They were asking for someone who is not me, so after the third call, I told them the number they had was mine, but I'm not "Lou" and to please stop calling.

I got 3 calls within 2 minutes.

They called twice within an hour, plus from two other numbers, looking for a Michael Mains, saying I asked about refinancing my home loan.

They call several times a day.  I won't answer unless I know who is calling.  Wish there was a way to block them from calling

The Loan Depot called my phone asking for someone named Dave Smith.  I told them they had the wrong number then I got calls from 3 different numbers looking for the same guy within 10 minutes.  A simple web search shows they have been bothering many other people the same way.   What a nuisance.

KEEP CALLING.  THEY ARE RELENTLESS and HARASSING US!!!  I wish I could report them to someone for this.  I would not do business w/ this company nor understand where they got our number!  As soon as I can I will be reporting them to the BBB this is pure harassment.

Receiving many calls a day from this number at work. Nobody says anything when I answer, so I hang up. I do not know who the company is, but have read that this number is for home depot  or some home loan company.  They cannot continue to call me at work!!! I want it stopped!!!
