I always get calls from these people. Just like everyone else says they claim to have botched something and apologize for not getting my requested quote to me. I must have given them some information once upon a time because they know the year and model of my car. The first few times I received calls from these people I just told them I didn't want a warranty and expressed my frustration with their constant calls. Since this didn't stop them from calling me I became more creative with the way I dealt with these bastards. I think I have figured out a bit how they operate from call to call and as I gather more information with each call they make to me I perfect my plan to scam them back in a way they'll never see coming.

I would like for this number to quit calling my business phone and interrupting my business.  I whould like to shove your phone where the sun doesn't shine... maybe then you would get your head out of your a** and stop calling me.  I DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU as I told your representative previously.

They call , then hang up.  Sometimes the call three or four times a day.  Newver leave a message on my answering machine.  I am registered on the National Do Not Call Registry, and I will look into reporting them

Tired of calls from this number.  If I answer, intending to tell whomever it is to stop calling, there's no one there and they never leave a message. It's annoying.

Recorded message from "Customer Contract Services" saying they represent "a variety of companies" and giving instructions for "leaving a complaint" about any of their "contracted companies".  Sounds like pass the buck to invisible, non-existent sources (them, of course).

I reported it to the FCC like others mentioned. I've joined the No Call list because of this, but they keep calling.

They have been calling me almost daily from sept-oct. This is bu***hit.

I have been receiving calls from this number 949-486-7598. Name on my caller ID is Gian Inc. I have been getting 4 to 5 calls a day, any where from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Mon.though Sunday. I got a call from this number at like 2AM.  Fortunately, my ringer was silenced, but they called twice and the VM alert went off every hour until I got up and turned the darn thing off.  I have one of those el cheapo pay-as-you-go phones and it costs me a call to check VM, so I honestly don't know if they left me a message.  I *think* I've gotten a call from them before, but I can't swear to it.

I've been getting this call several times a day on my cell phone. I have put the number on my reject list, that way all I've been getting now is a missed call notification.

they keep calling but not leaving a message.  so annoying!

On 10-2-2009, I received this call twice. They tell me about my vehicle warranty, and ask me if I want to be transfered for more info. I tell them no, and also said I wanted to be removed from caller list. She quickly hung up. This is the 3rd different number from same ppl calling me in last month.

after asked not to call they are still calling 2-3 times a day.

They call atleast once per week, if i say no they hang up. So i now say yes so i can say "please take me off you call list." Guess what they still call me. They called today i said yes, ask the caller if i could have their address he said why, so i can send you a letter, not surprising he hung up. I would love to have their address so i can send them a letter asking them to take me off of their call list. After that they can call me all they want. $$$$$$$ Telephone privacy act of 1990. I've received 4 calls from these idiots today, on my cell.  I haven't answered.  Sometimes I like to answer it and jack them around, but today I haven't felt like it.  These ash-bites need to be shut down!  I amazes me that people actually fall for their crap.

Calls twice each morning and each evening.

I keep getting this call from this number, no one answers nor leaves a message. It doesn't show the name or company where this call is coming from.  Anyone have any answers?

I've tried leaving voice messages and E-mail messages asking these bastards
to stop calling my phone. There is no one there when I answer.

I believe these people to be a vehicle extended warranty company (Customer Contracts Services Corp), as I paid cash, and my warrantys expired, made the mistake of asking for a quote & giving them my cell to text? the quote, but know they call,and the warranty offered,  was more than I paid for my truck, and refuse their offer, still keep getting calls to this day!

Sick and tired of these calls.  When I pick up the call, there is no one on the other line.  My guess is it's the auto warranty ppl again.  They will call me again (this i'm sure) since they use some kind of auto redial program.  They are just looking to identify phone numbers that pick up, and they follow it up with a real person....  getting about 5 calls a month.  this is ridiculous.
