suspect scam or phishing attempt -- 'Jennifer" referred to some kind of 'pension loan' (which does not apply to me).  Caller ID showed Directory Assistance with a Chicago area phone number 773-555-1685 and dog was barking in background.  She wanted me to verify my email address and I refused.
