For anyone that doesn't know there is a WARRANT for the arrest of Andrew Hernandez and he is currently being sought by law enforcement. If you see him call the authorities and they will arrest him immediately. Hes looking at about 50 years in prison.

Investigator Andrew Hernandez, do you really think you can con people into believing you are an private investigator? Identifying yourself as a Private Investigator without a license is a class a misdemeanor and caries a minimum of 1 year in jail. The information you are divulging online also qualifies you for defamation, slander, cyber stalking and cyber bullying adding another 6-10 years to your sentence. Now why don't you just be a good boy and turn yourself in so you can get the punishment that is waiting for you.

Ok in his/her blog on page 4/4,  IT stated that this person met Mr. Hernandez in 2008 and he stole some of his/hers belongings and when confronted he returned such items but ONLY after calling the police, ok folks what's wrong with this analogy if someone calls the police a police officer comes out then takes a report then once signed a complaint/investigation begins regardless if later the victim changes their mind if the police or the district attorney believes there is merit to the crime it goes from a " a named person vs. Mr. Hernandez" in a criminal case to " The State of___ vs. Mr. Hernandez".  We looked back in 2008 for such a report/complaint on paper and even on micro film No such report exists, we researched southern California data bases in Los Angeles counties, orange counties, San Diego counties, Riverside counties, San Bernardino counties, even desert counties but came up empty.  So now to the shocker of it all to the sheriffs department of lake Elsinore is before you put out miss guided information do just a little back ground research on where Mr. Hernandez was at the time you stated that this incident happened in 2008, Mr. Hernandez was an "expat" that means he was working outside the united states, working for a contracting firm dealing with the rebuild of third world infrastructure, from Dec 28 2006 to Dec 29 2008.  We have copies of contract that puts him in a third world nation ( we had to sign a Confidential letter with this company to devulge Mr. Hernandez's employment history ) so if Mr. Hernandez was in country for two years how could he be there committing a crime or is this just a wet dream of thiers also Mr. Hernandez like other's employed by this company had to do a crud test and a full in dept FEDERAL back ground search all the way back to when they were 18 years old, and if any felony's, misdemeanors and or the simple fact of forgetting to pay for a parking ticket NO one including Mr. Hernandez would NOT be hired, that's how strict this agency is they MUST be squeaky clean to be employed.  So I put it to you Mr. Investigator just a little more research on your part of,  before texting misinformation about anyone that you are persueing would go along way more so rather then going down in our report to the FBI against you Sir for " officer misconduct "... Ms. Kalas which isn't known to many but to the few is that Ms. Kalas is the the only one stated in her mothers WILL (at the time but soon after all of this that came out has had been changed according to someone close to the family) and that the only asset that is left is her mother's two story home in Arizona Nv valued at about $1.2 million dollar's.  Ms. Kalas couldnt depend on her company to pull her out of her financial troubles she makes custom costume jewelry that didn't seem to take off even though she was a victim of other vendor's stealing her product and or copy writing her designs and where there are some individual's that owe her large sums of money that she can't get back for what ever reason.  Now let's get into the complicated series of events against said parties;  During a normal conversation between Ms. Kalas and Mr. Hernandez  where Ms. Kalas started to cry over the phone started to tell a tale where her mother "Mrs. N" had called her many times crying to her daughter regarding the mental, some physical and financial troubles she had over her lived in husband ( not a real husband rather then a common law marriage ) She Ms. Kalas expressed thoughts to what can be done to Eleaviate This problem to her and her mother Mr. Hernandez put her off on this first initiated conversation in hopes that she would forget this conversation racking in up to just frustration over her Ms. Kalas and her mothers just recent conversation over the phone earlier in the day and which their Ms. Kalas and Mr. Hernandez later that same evening conversation occurred.  Now later in that same week Ms. Kalas tried to reach Mr. Hernandez despertly calling and texting to get a hold of him ( which we do have two text message's to prove this line item ) and only after several days of trying and Mr. Hernandez being concerned for her rantings and filling up Mr. Hernandez's voice mail as well as his text message log then responded to Ms. Kalas's requests to speak with him in person where then he met her at her apartment in long beach Can. Now going back to an earlier paragraph on how Mr. Hernandez helped Ms. Kalas helped her clean and put in order her garage they spent the entire day a ( Saturday) and some evening hours, Ms kalas insisted on washing his clothes which luckily he had a change of clothing in his truck of his car so he washed his face then changed and left for home since it was getting very cold and late, and later some other day to pick up his belonging.  Approximately some time later on the request of Ms. Kalas for Mr. Hernandez to come down so they may hang out together catch a bite see a movie whatever so about the time it got late and it was time her Mr. Hernandez to leave to go home, while at his car Ms. Kalas ran up to Mr. Hernandez with a crinkled up shopping bag in hand and stated here's your clothing from the other time that you helped me and a little something extra so she asked him to open his truck so she may place the bag inside herself and made Mr. Hernandez to promise not to open it till he got home so he did once Mr. Hernandez had gotten home he at first forgotten to go into his truck to retrieve his clothes but two days later went looking for other items seen the bag and remembered regina and the bag with what she said a surprise was in it as well as just his wrinkled clothes so he lifed the bag out of his truck and noticed how heavy it was he automatically thought wow there must be something awesome in the bag since it was so heavy so then he  opened the bag and the surprise was on him, it was a 38' special revolver fully loaded and a semi full box of ammunition the missing rounds were in the gun already ( Ms. Kalas's prints on the gun as well as the ammunition were found no prints were found of Mr. Hernandez ) so it took Mr. Hernandez just minutes to try to contact Ms. Kalas to find out the meaning of this gun, she stated to him this is to prove to you how serious she was about  the answer to her and to her mothers problem,  she then texted Mr. Hernandez her parents address, discription of her stepfather his weekly habits etc... ( which the police have these text messages ) so trying to convince regina that this was no good she then stated that her stepfather was sickly and that he has breathing problems and that someday he will pass she didn't have the time to wait infer of what will be left for her in the WILL once he passes of natural causes if that day will ever come ;(...  So not knowing what to do next Mr. Hernandez contacted a friend that works for federal Dept explained to him that he had to do the right thing and expose what is going on, so on that advice Mr. Hernandez infer that if this potential crime happened Mr. Hernandez would be holding the bag and have the blame put on him for a murder that he did not do.  Mr. Hernandez later in that week after exhausting his avenues to talk Ms. Kalas out of this thought process and calling his friends for some sound advice then took the revolver and ammunition down to the Temecula sheriff's department and turned it in with all the voice messages as well as text messages from Ms. Kalas, the sheriff department took all the Intel down then transferred it all down the long beach police dept, they in turned received all the info then contacted Mr. Hernandez to come down for an interview which he did ( no deal what so ever was reached for his interview ) the police have voice message's implicating her wishes also have a text message from her cell to his stating " if you are keeping any of these text message I would be in real trouble and I'll see jail time " now after two months of Ms. Kalas insistence for Mr. Hernandez's response to this matter ( to do the deed ) with no response Ms. Kalas wrote by EMAIL from her computer to his EMAIL a letter describing that she wanted all the gifts including Christmas gifts to be returned and that she was going to return his gifts back to him the gifts she wanted to be returned is as follows gift; her fathers two mens rings, two desk horns paperweights, several books on air planes, a wallet, a box of collectible knifes, a collectible 9mm walther semi automatic, never fired still in the box that was bound by a orange wired lock that she didn't have the key to but was trying to see if her uncle had it since it was her uncle received Most of Ms. Kalas father's rifles within the inheritance reading. ( there is a letter that we have to collaborate all of this ) also within the body of this letter she's asking for the 38' special revolver not knowing at time that the gun was already turned in.  So the hearsay about Mr. Hernandez about him stealing all these items and then using them against Ms. Kalas is all wrong in deed, and for all involved in Ms. Kalas fight to set her free from jail they the district attorney has way more info including a two hour interview with Ms. Kalas as she implicates herself, it was also told to us by a so called friend of hers that Mr. Hernandez wasn't the first person approached to attempt the deed but we are trying to substanceate this Intel and if true we will forward this to the long beach police dept and the district attorneys office, we do in fact have the names of her personal friends ( two ) that she has confided in and yes her wants and wishes were expressed in their conversations and how do we know this is that ( 1 ) of these close friends do not want to be implicated in this is willing to turn state evidence to save her self and not be placed as a conspirators to a possible murder for hire scheme.  Cont on next page

Anonymous; is Ms. Regina Lynn kalas a resident of long beach Ca and now a resident of lynwood Ca correctional facility ( jail ).  Let's give some background on Ms. Kalas and Mr. Hernandez and the turn of events and all statements can and will be provided at a federal court of inquiry. Ms. Kalas and Mr. Hernandez met Nov 2012 at some mutual friends party ( which these individuals are iinnocent and their identities will not be said on this blog ). when they met at this party they hit it off and they switched numbers and after the party was over he graciously walked Ms. Kalas back to her car which She thought was chivalrous.  Ms. Kalas is currently in the Lynnwood Correctional Facility, for a murder for hire contract against her stepfather and quite possibly against her biological mother that live Arizona Nv, she is being held on 1 million dollar bail. Ms. Kalas has said that they met over a wrong phone number but we have the text messages to prove otherwise.  Over the months they Ms. Kalas and Mr. Hernandez started to confided with each other but Ms. Kalas had more to say and text, during many conversations Ms. Kalas explained in great detail the hurtful life she had and about her financial problems she explained that how she couldn't keep a relationship due to her eccentric lifestyle, She continued to explain that her father that she just adored and gave her what ever she wanted had died more then eight years and couldn't come to terms with her loss, she never had a great relationship with her mother since the divorce between her father and mother.  The relationship between herself and her mother is strained at best her mother "Mrs. N" which we will call her here since she is a innocent person in all of this, Ms. Kalas biological father was a retired federal agent working for more then one President of the United States and awarded for his service.  Ms. Kalas asked of Mr. Hernandez if he could help make some sense to all of her father's belonging in her garage packed tight were she couldn't even get her SUV inside she always cried over touching his stuff so Mr. Hernandez with Ms. Kalas cleaned it all up and days later text Mr. Hernandez to thank him for helping to put to bed her hurting heart with the dealings of her fathers stuff.  Ms. Kalas ask Mr. Hernandez if he wanted as gifts some of her dads stuff he said "No" these are yours but she insisted with tears in her eyes he reluctantly agreed ( we have obtained an Email sent from Ms. Kalas to Mr. Hernandez personnel Email ) to collaborate said actions. During some conversations we had with her friends we were told that Ms. Kalas is a very sweet and nice person a person that would give of herself to no end as what we have learned about Ms. Kalas that these statements seem to be true to a degree we also talked with an ex boyfriend that Ms. Kalas have had over six years an off and multiple on again relationship that she wanted marriage but by her own omission that he was to immature for something lasting perhaps that's why she reached out for a careing person that helps.  Ms. Kalas and Mr. Hernandez went out several times in a platonic basis but during text messages expressed her true feelings towards Mr. Hernandez her wish for a relationship, marriage and a family, were it may have been wrong of Mr. Hernandez to stop or curtail her advancements in her mind it became status pro, she during their friendship she ( Ms. Kalas ) then started to explain and expressing her thoughts regarding her stepfather miss deeds, Mrs. N, Ms kalas's mother quit sometime ago had gotten remarried and moved to Arizona Nv, were he the stepfather had over many years had lost  most of her mothers money during boozing, gambling and loan sharking. History on her stepfather and intended victim; this individual has owned a very successful Repo company that had also a collection's bureau ( which we had also looked into and his collections methods which are shady and spotty at best a very scary person in his own right ) we can see why now Ms. Kalas's worries over the safety for her mother well being.  During the the conversation between her ex boyfriend  and us uncovered that he stated that Ms. Kalas being a sweetheart at best always were always concerned for money He stated that Ms. Kalas didn't have the avenue of extra money from her father anymore which he thought was guit strange since her inheritance from her father WILL was $100,000.00 cash and that she only had eight thousand left and that she was so concerned where money would come from next. Ms. Kalas had borrowed all that she could from her only living aunt that lives in San Diego Ca and tried her stepbrother but he has no money to lend and with regards to Ms. Kalas mother regarding funds which came up empty do to her stepfather's activities... I have Been hired by a third entity to investigate in great detail Mr. Hernandez and all bloggers to see what is real and not, I've been on this case for over two month's already and yes have done background searches including federal. Were it isn't impossible to research who the bloggers are, done on a federal level ( security clearances) and where on a state level is above their ( The sheriff's department ) pay scale.  My married daughter works for a prominent television station, as she is building a in depth study into predators and or conspiracy individuals covering up their own ms gotten deads for what ever reasons, all received Intel will be turned over to her and aired at my daughter's and her station managers discretion. Hello,  I just want a know...how to find this stuff out.  I have been looking around to see if there was any way to find out warrant, arrests, in jail,  had a court date, missed a court date...just want a know...

He missed his court date and is on the run. There is a warrant out for his arrest. If he is still seeing your mom. Perhaps you can help the police capture him and put this monster behind BARS  where he belongs !!!!
