My experience was a bit different. I, too was excited about a ridiculously low price for a 3bd, 3ba apt in Santa Monica. I called the number, listened to some hold music, then a guy answered by reciting rap lyrics (I'm not kidding). I said, "that's interesting." He replied, "yes?", then in a cartoony/jerky boys voice said, "Good-bye" and hung up. Lol. Waste of time.

This number is all over craigslist on home rental listings.  Beware as I am sure they are trying to scam people out of their money.  I emailed them rather than calling and never got a response.

Im a realtor in the Suland/Tujunga area and came across a post for rental with one month free and total move-in for $750 didnt at all seem realistiv to me for a 3br house than realized the other day emailing someone with a similar phone number by the name of May Jones so I called the number and sure enough i was put on que to talk to a representative in which a Jim tyler answered and said they were both out of the office and the minute i mentioned that im a realtor he said we are a private company and dont work with other brokers, I cut him off and continued to ask him about the property and that it makes no difference if i get paid or not my first concern was to get my client/friend a place to move into asap and asked for the property address for her to drive by and he refused and said we'd have to sign up with them before he can give any sort of info. i than told him that it seems to me that this company is scam trying to take money from people before even being able to the property that BS!!!!!!!

I agree. I just called about a property in Santa Ana. He told me it was a pre-foreclosure, and I had to register with them. I said I had a few questions that needed to be answered before I registered and what kind of company I was calling. He let me ask about 2 (though cutting me off after the sentence), then the call was disconnected. I thought it was my phone that disconnected me, so I called back and was put on hold. I then googled the phone number and came across this page, and then I hung up. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY 877-355-3048 or 949 613 7946  ? the reason why the price is LOW is due to the fact that they are trying to rent you a home that?s in pre-foreclosure. This company and the current homeowner who has NOT paid mortgage is facing foreclosure and they are trying to scam the bank by getting you to lease these properties BELOW market & you will be stuck when the home is foreclosed.

Oh wow... I just saw a post on Craigslist for a property in Chula Vista with this number. I called and talked to a rep that asked for $180 to be added to the list. Told him that I wanted to see the property that I was interested in first. He insisted that I apply first. So I insisted on seeing the property first. All he told me was that it was north of one street and west of another street.. I got suspicious because everything  sounded to good to be true and found these posts...

SCAM!!!  They want money to show you houses...  They ask for a credit card number right away and when you dont give it to them they get very rude and they actually hung up on me!!!  I found them on Craigslist...  So now i flag all there postings i come across!!!

Same situation as other poster.  Rude employees asking for $130 right off the bat.  Asked for more info about company and got terrible and suspicious response.  Believe it's a scam.  Don't give up your info.

949 613 7946  is a scam,,,, wants you to set up account to see a house for lease or lease opt.  in the  ad does not say you need money to see the house, says call and set up an apointment to see the house.
the girl who answered is rude cause I was asking too many questions...
