Called several times and hung up

Missed the call.  I try to call back several times but the call failed every time. Area code is from Orange County, California.

This number called me but I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't recognize.  They didn't leave a message and called only once.  But I also got a strange call from a number with 714 as the are code, which is also Orange County, approx 30 minutes before the 949 number.

This person called me at 7:58am.  I was awake but don't pick up calls at that time.  I don't start answering until 9:00am when work starts. When I called back after 9:00am.  Message states, "The subscriber you have dialed is not available or has travled outside the covered area..."  I got this message for several hours, but yet the person was able to call me again, and once again did not leave a message.  I see this person does this often to have people check and write about he/she/it...whatever...
