They called and hung up when answered

There have been several calls to my phone from this number - 949-648-7535.   When I anser, they hang up.   What is their game???

they claimed to by "An Authorized" 'google' partner, managing their front page ...

website placement for google..if you have a business/website..they let you know that they have 7 spots open for the first page..yadiyadiaydaya...

411.com shows this number as an unlisted cell phone in Irvine, CA.  
This number has been coming in for months and is on call-block.  Continues anyway.

Been getting calls from that number for the past two weeks, always around 9-10 am mountain time. As mentioned above no answer when answering the phone. From what I gather 3 calls like that per week is a legal harassment call and is reportable to the police. Has anyone reported that number?

WHEN I ANSWERED THE PHONE I HEARD A LOUD DRAWN-OUT "DDDAAAAAAMMMMNNNN!!".  WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS NOT THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS THEY WISHED ME A GOOD DAY AND HUNG UP.

Dont know who this is ? They just started calling me.. I stored them in as DONT ANSWER, so it dosent matter anymore. I wont ever answer anyway, Id like to know one day

They just called and ask to speak to the person in charge of internet marketing basically. I tell them to not call me and Im not interested and they hang up on me. This is crap and needs to be stopped. If we can hunt down Saddam we can stop this stupid crap.

Calls when answered no one there...just air.  Did receive a call from a Google Marketing rep advised we were not interested and since then have received 4 dead air calls.

Got many calls from 949-  number, He claimed as "GOOGLE PARTNER", try to sale advertisment. The background were giggling with many noise background teasing this caller.

I have spoken with several people about your services and it this time we are not interested.I dont understand why I'm getting calls everyday from differert people about the same the thing and then we have people call here multiple times a day and they hang up when we answer the phone .Do Not Call us anymore please you are creating work for us for no reason.

This has gone on for way too long. I've called the number back and a recording says it's a Google Partner. So I've contacted Google Security at   security@google.com   I'm waiting to hear from them.

Please pound this home until Google does something about it. Here's another page for Google ...

Local Splash is physically renting an executive suite at 2102 Business Center Drive in Irvine, CA.  I highly recommend that you go to donotcall.gov and submit a complaint; the more complaints they receive the better our chances of stopping the phone call harassment!

I get dialed by their computer everyday.  Very annoying.  Say they are part of Google.  They are Local Splash, Web Design, Internet Service Providers, 2102 Business Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92612

I get calls from this tel.# almost every business day, and its driving me crazy. They never leave a message and will not stop calling.

Just got a call from this 949 number.  The person wanted to just run an idea by me..
I asked him where he was calling from and he said Splash. Told him not interested.
How do these companies get away with calling..I am on the no call list.
AND I just got a call URGENT...about taxes due or something..which I don't owe anything

They called and asked for the owner. then i told him the owner is not here. they just hung up right away.~~!!

Same thing.  Have no idea who it is and don't want calls from this number.
