I have been scammed by Danny Fustar Dragan Fustar and want my money back. I have been following his criminal case with the Santa Ana Police department and it is public record that he has been taken into custody. The DA is asking all people to come forward that he took money from and didn't do any work or pay back to bring a bigger case against him. Danny Fustar is writting all these bad messages about his soon to be ex wife just because he has a bad name out there he wants Nicole to as well. She never took any checks from anyone and had no idea what jobs he was selling and not giving people what they bought. Nicole Fustar was the secretary of the corporation, handled all finances, was a signer on all accounts and helped run day to day operations. She also handled all tax returns and worked directly with customers, contractors, and distributors. I think these guys just ran out of money just like half of America has in these tough times. I can enlighten you folks even more but at this point I will just bight my tongue.........

It is my understanding that his wife, nicole fustar, ran all acounting and spent the majority of monthly deposits. That is at least what i have been told by my sources.

He took my deposit too.  He may live at the Weepingwood address in Irvine, but who knows.  It looks as if he is living off of deposits taken from trusting people.
