i got the same message and i pressed 1. turns out to not be a scam. I signed up with the company and my company is doing a lot more business because of the work they are doing for me with my places and adwords.

they called my 888#, Rang once and gone, called the #, recording said to leave information to update my Google411 info. Didn't.

2nd call. "To update your Google local listing, press 1" or something like that. They do say Press 8 to be removed. I pressed 8 last time. Apparently this don't actually do anything when you press 8.

Obviously this spam call is coming from the ad I placed on craig's list. They may be updating contacts, don't know, but obviously this is spam from craigs list as I have an unlisted number and have only placed it in an ad on craigs list.
