I answered the phone and no one was there, just empty space. I kept saying "hello?" and no one responded. I ended up hanging up on them after being on the line for thirty seconds. Ain't nobody got time for that.

It's the toll roads authority. These people are very pushy when it comes to renew or replenish your account. You might have a good balance but if your credit card either expires or you no longer have it, they call you over and over to renew.
