Got 3 calls from this number within 30 minutes. I didn't answer, my phone goes straight to fax...no fax either.

Selling to home owners.  Refused to take me off their list even when I told him I was on a national do not call list.  Said Doctors and other sell our number to them.

I am on the do not call list and dont want this person to call.

They have been calling for months.  We're hardly home, so they never get through to us.  I see their number on my phone under missed calls.  When they did get through, they offered to aluminum/vinyl side our old window frames which sounded interesting.  So we agreed to a time and date they could come over to give an estimate.  Then they hit you with all their rules that they'll call you first and set a wide parameter of time when they'll show up.  So, we thought we had a time scheduled with them, and believe it or not, they never showed up.  So when they called again, we said no thank you, we don't work with flakes.  Oh, by the way, if you listen in the background, you'll hear about 10 other prople making the same calls.  I think they just make calls all day and pass business off to local construction companies.  In any event, no one wants to deal with them.  If they were legitimate, their business name would show up on call waiting as opposed to "out of area", especially when they are local.

So in the end, not only are they harrassing and rude and probably breaking the nuisance call law, but they are flakes too!

Thank you so much Laurence. I just called the manager and lodged a complaint. It is one thing to put up with annoying solicitors but these are THE rudest people I have ever met. They ring often, I usually tolerate it due to pure laziness but this last phone call was even ruder that usual. I spoke to the secretary who was very polite and will keep this post advised as to how they handle this.

buy a Panasonic phone. it has block feature. u don't have to pay the phone company for that monthly service charge.

I get this about once a month.  I don't own the home.  I'm guessing that since the homes around me have had some work done on them the companies are cold calling when they can connect an address with a phone #.  Since they don't mind abusing me every month.  I think I will have them come out perhaps meet with me let them estimate what ever work they want to do have them spend as much of their own money to get mine.  I will not commit.  I can't.  I've told them before that I do not own the place and maybe they should do a little more due dillagence.

Another call, hang up, unintelligible voice noises. Qu*** to say the least, but apparently numerous people have received calls from these 'people'.

I've been getting calls from this number for a while.  I don't answer any number I don't recognize.  I figure if their call is important enough to number one be an open one, and number two to leave a message I'll not bother.  We also get constant phone calls from GH builders whoever in the heck they are...very irritating.  Plus we get faxes with no ID number.  Groan..

I just got a call from this number.  They stated that I had some work done with them previously.  A lie. I asked to be taken off the call list the guy said " I will make sure to put you on the CALL BACK list".  How rude.

I received a call from a poorly spoken woman at 949-734-5125. The caller asked for me but she couldn't even get my first or last name correct, so I said no one by that name is living here. She then asked if I was the owner of the house. Again I told the very poorly spoken person no one was living here by that name. I new the call was for me but when they can't even get your first and last name correct I will screw with them. What a bunch of illiterates, you would think if they are trying to solicit business over the phone they would at least pronounce your name correct. Don't worry I wouldn't even think of doing business with a phone solicitors, there a bunch of slim balls.

I HATE TELEMARKETERS, especially rude ones.  I have had these guys and other telemarketer carpet cleaning scams pester me while I am working at home.  I finally did some research on how to sue them and win.  Fortunately, they have a real business to go after.

I sent my first demand letter a month ago and recently received a check for $250.00 to settle the case before going to small claims.  Also, every company must have in place a "Do Not Call Policy".  If you ask for a copy of their policy and don't receive it, you can sue for $500 for each violation on top of the Do Not Call violations.  I am sending them a demand letter today.

Another important note, you do not have to re-register for the Do Not Call list.  The TCPA revised the law in 2007 which now provides lifetime registration.  I am thinking of maybe putting together a class action suit against them.  Let me know if you are interested.

this is the second call from the Crown Home construction Company.  I told the lady that I was on the do not call list and before I could get all the words out of my mouth, she hung up.  How do we report this to the Do Not Call Registry?

I Just called this number   310-990-9984   and a man answered and when I asked if it was Crown Home Center he said "yes".  I told him I was getting several calls a week His response was "what's wrong with that".  I told him I need no work done on my house and to stop calling.  He said he'd do his best to stop the calls.  I don't actually believe him.  But I will call him every time I get a call from now on.

I had a call this morning so I decided to find out who this is. Reverse Phone said the number is in Newport Beach, CA. and the land line is serviced by Level 3 Communications, Inc. Well, I looked up the company and found who the CEO is and I just sent him a letter of complaint. If you really want to bother the company and the person at this number send a letter to:
