I filled out  an application from free credit 360 and they immediately called.

Got a call from this number with same name as mentioned, but said they were taking a survey for Lending Tree about my car.
Told them not interested and hung up.  Hard to understand as stated above

The number is from Total Attorneys, a website that connects individuals looking for an attorney with attorneys looking for new business. Since they are a large organization they have more advertising dollars than a solo attorney ever would. They perform a valuable service, but they have to be careful who they talk to.
A representative from Total Attorneys will call a prospective client after they fill out the form online and then try to connect them with an attorney immediately. The client is more likely to book a consultation when they talk to an attorney while it is on their mind than a few hours later.

received 2 call from 949-743-0156 name on called ID 1st time Kristin Edwards then same number with the caller ID of Merry Turla - So sick of trying to find legit things on the internet and get all these calls you never ask for - like I see that you would like to further you education - GADS - enough is enough with these people!

I did that too Mike, filled out a form for legal services. Lady named Debbie asks for me, I say where are you calling from, she won't say. I mean how stupid is this...I request information, they call us and don't identify that they're calling on behalf of OUR request. Idiots...no wonder attorneys are so expensive, they pay for this useless service!

just got another call ~ very poor english!!  didn't want to give me any information except TELL ******** TO CALL BACK!!  excuse me!!   I don't think so!!  If you can't even leave the name of your company or your name ~~  BS!!!

got the first call, all the information given above is correct, answered they hung up when i said hello....a few min later same area code but this time robert sace 9497430156 same number just a different name....i hung up after the guy told me it wasnt a sales call yet they were calling from lending tree to do a survey for a placei have never used

I got a call from this number, and the speaker asked for me by my middle name, which I haven't used since high school. They told me that they were responding to my request about signing uo for some courses. I told them I did not fill out any request, and that I was contacting the district A G's office.

This has got to be a scam run by someone harvesting info off the internet.

I too have filled out a form on line, and received a call immediately after I hit the done!  Same thing, a girl just said this was a message for me and to call her back, which I didn't.  But shortly after that I got a call from an 877-908-9089, this guy introduced himself as responding to my online application and was very professional, left a contact number and their business hrs:) Looking forward to talking to him:)

The same thing happened to me, I'm not married, have not filed for bankruptcy, and am in good financial standing.  It makes me nervous getting calls like this but the best thing you can do is check your credit report regularly.

It's not a scam. They're an attorney referral service and it doesn't have to be bankruptcy or some site you've given your phone number to. I was arrested last week for the first time in my life and received calls from them. I guess they access public court records and try to set you up with local attorneys, which I needed, so they were helpful to me.

I filled out an online form for attorney service and immediately got a call. The message referred to me by name. I think I'll go with someone local.

I never contacted anyone at this number how do I stop them form calling? They don't answer when I call back to request this.

Have received quite a few calls from this number this week asking for my husband to call them back.  After they had called yesterday, we got a call from a local attorney, like another poster here had mentioned.  Husband's bankruptcy was finalized 3 years ago, so don't know why they would be asking for him.  Might call that local attorney - I've heard of him - and check it out with them.

This phone number is calling 3 or 4 times daily the name comes out as Shamir and they say to call back?

Very annoying, they do this at any time of the day.

Called and left no message.  Unbound 19573 was the name left on thce caller ID.  Unlike some post below I do not have a bankruptcy issue.  Did not return the call.

It is a bankruptcy attorney referral service.

If it was a profesional organization they would be better at it!

I've received 2 calls so far from this number.  Haven't tried to call them back.  Came here first!  Also started receiving emails from a bankruptcy attorney thanking me for contacting them.  I haven't contacted them at all so unsubscribed from their email.  Hopefully that will stop that but I doubt the phone calls will stop.  I set up a separate phone number just for that reason.  I am sick and tired of all the scams and telemarketers!

I just filled out a form to refinance my home and before I even had the form completely filled out I received a call from this number.  The number I gave them is one I rarely use, so it must be automated as soon as you punch in a phone number it dials it.  I did not answer it, and they did not leave a message.  Didn't fill anything out about bankruptcy, but it was a form for refinancing.

Just now called looking for my husband about an entry he did online. This time same number different name showed up this time th  name was Francis  tambal.

Calling me and asking for my husband but wouldn't tell what for.

I rec'd a call on 3-23-2014 at 10am and another 3-24-2014 around the same time. They are calling my cell phone number and I never give out my cell number because I rarely use it. Message said to call them at 949-743-0156. Does say who they are and what they want. I continue to delete the messages. If it is for a attorney I don't need one. Stop calling already.

I got this call on March 21st at 1:17pm.  The man said his name was John, but the caller ID said Sumesh Thakur.  He was calling about my roof and said this was on behalf the the HOME DEPOT.  I told him my roof was fairly new and he said "OH,there must have been a mistake and hung up.  Well, I guess I was the first to have this from "The Home Depot."
What a scam.

I got a call from this number this morning. The area code indicates it is in Calif, They called me at 8AM
on the West coast this would have been 5PM. I missed the call and they left no message. The name that
appeared on my keypad was Joan Margarette. Must be a scam.
