This company is a joke!!! I mean...I don't mean to offend anyone, but do people really fall for this phone call??? I mean... don't get me wrong, when they left a voice mail the first time..I freaked out. It def got me thinking. But the more I kept thinking about it, I knew I never went through a whole application to get a pay day loan! So I called them back and acted like my lawyer! Drilled them hard with a lot of questions they stummbled to answer. They said they deposited money to my account at the end of March, Funny that account did not get opened till the middle of April!!! Now I have numerous numbers calling me saying the same stuff. Who do they think they are kidding!! With that thick, THICK accent, and a name like Eric Brown or Kevin Smith...REALLY???? I have never known a REAL Eric or Kevin that talked like that!!!! HAVE YOU??????

Last week I got the same type of call and was told I had a half hour to get a notarized letter out to them saying I would pay them back and again, no one could tell me who was trying to sue me.  The accents were so heavy, I could hardly understand anyone.  Someone calling herself Anna Jones (with an Indian accent) called me from 602-314-3388.  Gave me numerous fax numbers 206-338-6202 and 888-849-1756.  I asked for an email telling me who was trying to sue me and that was over a week ago. I checked with my bank and was told a "Sanders Legal Group" was trying to take out funds, but the only real Sanders is the Sanders Law Group, also located in Florida. Again, they keep saying a lawsuit is filed in California.  So glad I found these other emails about this scam.  Obviously they are using another phone number.

I got a Call From this Number Saying the Exact same thing as everyone else. The Man was very persistant and Rude. He wanted me to Fax him My Drivers Licence photo copt, My Credit card Munber and to get this Notorized at 8:00 at Night. I told him The fax lines were down and he said to do it around 9:00 in the Morning. When I told him I had to work he said to do it around 1:00.

I used to get this messages in the Summer of 2009 advising if i do not pay they would pick me up at work and take to to court. They would call 5 to 10 times per day. I called them out and they continued harder. I did call Henderson Police and when they got involved they stopped. They just started calling again today. How did you  get their # stopped!!!   They are 100 percent Fraud !!!!!!

I got a phone call on friday stating that I owed over $5000.00 for a $300 payday loan that was done back in August of 2009.  I told the company that there was a huge misunderstanding but they continued to threaten me and wanted me to pay a settlement for $1245.  They could not give me the date or name of the creditor and the collection agency posed as an attorney under the name of Arnie Aldman bar number 228445 who suppose to be Sanders Legal Group. The phone number is 949-743-3367 and fax number is 1-760-283-2301 the individual name that harrassed me is Andy Hunt and he has a very heavy accent but a gentleman by the name of Kevin Smith contacted me first. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint.  I also contacted my bank and had my account closed because they had ALL of my information.  The bank did inform me to be careful because there has been some reported scam cases around this same scenario.

I received a call frm 949 743-3367 saying I had warrants out for my arrest in the state of California. Caller wouls not identify the company he represented or exactly who the debt was from. All he would say (in his very foreign voice) was it was a payday loan. I applied online over 6 months ago for a cash loan (can't even remember the company) and never tok the loan. I declined it in email and fax. No money was ever put into my account. I thought maybe in error they did put the money in (I am a single mom and never really check account, just have a mental note of funds) so I went to bank to check. They went back over a year with me and no money was ever put into my account. I also called the local police department that looked me up by name and birthdate and theey told me no warrants for me anywhere in the United States have been issued. They also told about about these scams. Suggested closing my account to just be safe. I then called the foreign guy back and told him I notified the police and his responce was "then they will be at your house to arrest you tomorrow and hung up'. I do panic and feel very reassured that this is a scam, but we'll see tomorrow. Never,never give personal info online or over phone. Tough lesson to learn.

I got a call yesterday from 714006600 the person that I spoke to said that I was being sued to have my lawyer contact their office. I asked why I was being sued and that I knew nothing about this and he he said that how could I nt know that I was being sued. He told me that I had three federal charges which I really could'nt hear. When I asked who was sueing he said insta-loan I asked him for more info he seighed and said o my gosh I just gave u the info, I asked him for a # to cantact that company he very rude so since I was at work and could barely hear him I hung up because he was nt answering my questions. He called back I did not pick up and he left me a very nasty messege alost threatening me he said that if I did not call back in 10 mins I would suffer the consecuenses  for wht i had done. When I called back to tell him that I wanted proof of when the money had been deposited into my acct he said dont wooryy you will find out from your job....

I just received a call from 408.689.0448 telling me all the same stuff.  I asked for his clients phone number, the one I supposedly had the loan with, he gave me 949.743.3367 & 949.743.3379.  Both are still working as of 03/25/10.  Ameriloan

I got a call from +05312293, it was hard to understand but he said I am going to be sued for laundering money and other things.  When I asked him about the "laundering money" he said: "forget about it, you sound like a good woman and I am sure you are going to pay the debt" since I have a loan with a payday loan co. I thought it was real.  I thank God I decided to search (because of the phone #) I am sure it is a scam. the name of the company is Legal Accounts Association.  He has called me 11 times in within 1 hour. I am not responding, left me a number to call back...567-248-2086.  Can someone do something to stop this kind of people.  (I was sick (my stomach) all night because of this call, could not sleep)  Thanks for your time.

I received a call several months ago, with a similar message.  I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer.  I googled the number and read the postings about the company.  I knew what I was dealing with, and called them back. They threatened me with court, being arrested, etc...
I told them I wanted to know who the company was that they respresented.  When they said they couldn't tell me, I told them that, by law, they have to provide me with the information.  The guy I was talking to, INDIAN, yelled at me, after I told him that I was calling my attorney general.  He hung up on me.  Didn't hear from them again.
But, the otherday, i got another call night, with the same scenario, just different company.  I called them back, also asking what the company name was.  I told him i have not defaulted on any loan, and owe no one any money.  I told him that I knew they had been reported to the BBB, and that I was contacting my AG again.  he told me not to threaten him.  It's not a threat.  It's a promise.  They are not very smart.  They're just sneaky.  They prey on the fear of some people.  Everyone needs to understand that as soon as they threaten that the police are coming to get you, IT'S A SCAM!!  YOU CANNOT BE ARRESTED FOR HAVING DEBT!!!

I have just had a call from these people but the number was 951-708-1967 and they say I took out a payday loan fromAdvanced data plus and I need to pay them 623.00 now or fight in court. They have my info so that bothers me. How can we stop these people because I have never taken out a loan from this place and I also need to know how to freeze my Social also. Please respond it would help alot. The person I got the message from was Edward Brown and he sounded like he was from India.

This is a scam company. Please post where you have had your past payday loans. This company bought a list and I would like to track down where this list came from. Did you have a payday loan with Ameriloan? Star Cash Processing? BIG, Cash Today? IF you give me this information. I can do something about it. I was successful enough to get their phones turned off!

Was it from an Eva or Kevin?  I have been getting calls all week saying they were coming to my place of employment, and I should go get a prepaid (walmart card) load it and call them with the money.  They say I owe 235.00 from some payday loan in 2008?  I never had one and when I asked for the number, they said they couldn't give it out.  I think someone needs to report them or find out if they are a scam

Someone called stating that there were three charges pending against me from a payday loan that I defaulted on.  I do have two payday loans and have contacted both and have they have told me it was not them.  The scary thing is they have all my information.  How do I stop this?
