O.K. we all know this is a problem. Is there an solution?

Stop the calls! Not interested. They just keep calling and calling. They never leave a message, but if they do, it is a lot of static and talk with such an accent, I'm sure that they are not from USA

They call but not sure who it is. Worried it was in Orange county and my parents are down there.

This number calls repeatedly and never leaves a message.
Darla 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
My new plan:
You recognize the number - always preceded by a + if comes through your cell - so answer it "Drug Enforcement Division, (name) speaking" - they'll hang up and you'll laugh. If they're ballsy enough to talk, tell them this number has been forwarded automatically to DEA for prosecution purposes.
We have to fight back - these people are above the law. Personally, I think the phone companies allow it because they make money on the calls. You can't complain to Qwest or the like, because they simply don't care. DNC list won't work either. Feds don't care.
RUDI 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
THESE PEOPLE NEVER STOP. THEY CALL MY HOUSE FOUR AND FIVE TIMES, THE MORE YOU TELL THEM NOT TO CALL--THEY CALL AGAIN. THEY ARE RUDE AND IGNORANT.
Gary 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
This number sells drugs. DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL.
victim 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
Indian accent again, they are terrorist. No one can stop them selling prescription drugs over the phone and using fake phone numbers.
TERRORIST, TERRORIST, TERRORIST......
Apu 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
That's me, Apu. I will give you 20% discount on prescription drugs, if you can answer my call.
Remember, do not call me back, I am using bogus phone numbers.
Eat my pills and you will die..., hehehe
P.S. If you don't who I am, watch the Simpsons. Apu

They keep calling, even though my number has been registered in the national do not call registry. I've asked them to stop calling me and to take my phone number off their calling list, but they just keep talking about prescription drugs, without even acknowledging my request. They would not give me the phone number of their company, either.

THESE PEOPLE NEED TO GET A REAL JOB AND A REAL LIFE. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A PAIN IN THE A**.

calls repeatedly about scripts..wants credit card information over the phone. will not listen to no
Art 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
Daily, multiple times. Claim they are calling about a prescription. There needs to be a way to stop them
tfree 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
They told me the name of the company is Global Pharmacies, but that they go by many different names. They want to see you prescription meds. I asked to be taken off the list and the a-hole just laughted at me. I reported to do not call registry.
Lori Russey 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
This number keeps calling us saying they represent many pharmacies and are calling to confirm our order. Today, on the 4th call within an hour and a half, the guy told me I was lying when I told him we didn't order any prescriptions. I hung up and called the police to file a complaint for harassment!
kp in ct 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
keeps calling about scripts. told many times not to call. keeps calling no matter how many times i tell them to stop calling me.have asked to be removed from there list.they say o.k. but keep calling even calling the same day 4 or 5 times really pissing me off
Tammy 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
Calls repeatedly, never says a word nor leaves a message! Very annoying!!!
gto 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
I agree with victim. These Indian freaks are terrorists. I bought an
air-horn from Home Depot. The terrorists called Monday. As soon as
the terrorist punk said hello, I blasted the horn. These cowards have
not called back. When and if they do - I'll blast them over and over...
LAURA 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
They keep calling my cell number and will not stop callilng me.
Bob 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
They call and call and call!! I told her she was harassing me and she said "No, just trying to get your prescription to you" Speaks broken English. This has to be a scam!I think I will do what gto did and buy an air horn.
jn 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown
This stinking company has called 40 times since August and never left a message. I use coldcallblocker to block their calls after 1 ring and send a fax reply tone. They use a fake caller ID which our government has now made legal. I have filed many complaints with Do Not Call Registry but DNCR is now a joke.

I actually was able to get their number by saying I would buy but I needed to talk to a live person. They were a bit surprised when I called then on their actuasl number. I told them not to call again so we will see if this works.
Their REAL NUMBER IS: gloabal pharmacy at 209-435-0871
They say they are in rosewood, ca but I doubt it.
outback 2011-06-06 21:07:43 Unknown

Another in a long line of prescription drug phone spammers. Suggestion for all: There are call blocker applications available for almost all smartphones out there.... Certainly Android, Blackberry, and iPhone. Some come pre-loaded with a blacklist of known phone scammers; you then, of course, keep building your Blacklist. This number wasnt on my blacklist; I didnt recognize the #, sent it to voicemail, then checked it on this site. Saw it was a scammer and added it to my black list. One less to deal with. My call blocker has reduced this annoyance tremendously - there are lots of good call blockers out there - get one; it helps.
Unfortunately, many (not all) of us, including myself, are getting these calls because we have ordered prescription drugs online in the past. As I have learned, the fact that the prescription shipped from a US pharmacy, the order wasnt necessarily taken by a US company.
These calls come from overseas with computer spoofed Caller ID. This plague is, unfortunately, one that is likely never going to be stopped completely. The US government simply isnt going to put an enormous amount of diplomatic effort into something such as this. Yelling and swearing at the 10 cent an hour worker on the other end of the line isnt going to help a bit; he's just going to hang up and call the next number. This will only stop when it stops being profitable to the scammers. They're obviously getting enough suckers that its a money making venture. That being said, the best thing to do is to do your part to make it unprofitable.
Can't stop 'em... Get a call blocker (there are tons on the market) and reduce the annoyance.

Thats what happend with me. They keep calling me and asking for edward.
Hannah 2011-04-02 21:20:43 Unknown
If you ask them how they have been doing. THen say your sucky because they keep calling me then hang up. After i said that they havent called me!!! You can say that to anyone and they might stop. it is based on who it is.
