This is Wachovia Dealer Services...they harrass,bug,bug,bug,bug.....

I bought a car two weeks ago & they called & called, leaving no message till I finally picked up.  949-753-1322 is now Wells Fargo Auto Finance to confirm you are aware of your first car payment.

Got several calls from these people.
They want your car payment!

They call my cell daily - I just ignore and delete.  TOTALLY illegal, but not worth my time dealing with for the one call a day....they'll just give my # to the next auto dialer.....

If you call the number back, it is actually disconnected...HOW would that possibly be a reputable company??

I'm so sick of these people!! I called and made arrangements on my account on 06.10.2010 and on 06.11.2010 they called again and again and again, each time a different person...I HATE these people!!

this phone number has called me 3 times a day wanting to speak with my father.  he does not live here and i gave them the fone number. they still call her asking for him. when i ask them what it is regaurding they tell me i am imposing on someone elses business so i ask them how am i suppose to get him to call u back with no info on what this is regaurding?  they call after 9 pm and before 8 am. i want to submit them to better business beauro but i have no idea who this is that is calling?  it sounds like somekind of fraudulant claims. they wont even tell me what they are calling for.

they call me all the time and have no one here at this residence dealing with wachovia. they call at 7 am and after 9pm. rediculous

The call is coming from an automatic dialer that has been loaded with numbers of debtors. The reason no one says anything is that the dialer is waiting for you to answer then it determines a good time for a human to call.

Yes several times and I sent it registered to them and the state attorney general.

Tonight was about the 3rd call from this company that I didn't take because it came up Toll Free and I don't answer those calls. They usually don't leave messages, but Wacovia Dealer Services does. As someone mentioned above, the message doesn't start out at the beginning, like it's cut off and begins with their hours of operation. If this was really about an account I had, wouldn't a real person call and identify the company by name?

Next time I might answer and tell them to put me on their DO NOT CALL list.

Did you put your request in writing? It has to be in writing.

THE CALL IS FROM WACOVIA DEALER SERVICES COLLECTIONS, THEY ALSO VIOLATE THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT (FDCPA) (GOOGLE IT) I TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL MY NUMBER AND THEY HAVE CALLED AGAIN. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Didn't pick up, left an automated message.  I didn't get the first part of the message, it starts with them saying their office hours and then saying to call Wachovia Auto or something like that (definitely Wachovia and something car related).  I've never done any business with Wachovia and my car has been paid off for a year.

They called my cell phone with an autodialer, pretty sure that's illegal.

She wanted our address to send us more information. We received their our truck statement through the mail yesterday. Why would she want our address. We told her that, and she kept arguing with us.
